Surface infection belongs to Chinese medicine theory system category "sore" in. "Ulcers", is the most common diseases for patients surgery and also the most common noun for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) surgical scholar. The treatment methods can be divided into external treatment and cure two pieces. Within the rule of law is mainly for the treatment of these diseases by traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions. Chinese medicine in surgical treatment have "fire support, patch," three aspects. They belong disease’s different stages. "Support" have best effect and represent. In the "ulcers" treatment process into pus period, and support the main method. We can clear mechanism, in order to explore "scattered pus" infectious diseases for the treatment of on the basic, provide a theory basic for Chinese medicine further and better.[Objective]:I collect blood samples, through establishing moulds of specaial rat, Based on correlation analysis technology such as metabolomics, I Summarized from blood metabolites from the body surface of rats infected by characteristic marker, for subsequent through pus dispersion treatment of infectious diseases, and also cause outcome of characteristic marker research provides research foundation.[Method]:Select twelve SD rats. Male and female half. Each group of six.I dividet these into two --control group and model group surface infection. By tape stripping method subcutaneous multi-point injection of Staphylococcus aureus rat infection model of liquid surface. After three days continuous injection,each rat line for each set of orbital venous blood. Then do UHPLC-Q-TOF/MS analysis, and associate data processing. I find Of which 123 in the plasma of fragment ions in the positive ion mode through the pattern recognition, I analysis and identify of them and find 17 types of potential substance.[Conclusion]:I analyse and identify, then finally, determine 17 potential biomarkers. They are two groups of rats in metabonomics analysis of significant changes.It well indicates the experimental rats after staph infections abnormal metabolic pathways. for subsequent through pus, which is provided basic evaluation of intervention effect.
