Abstract/Summary:
Objective: To understand the blood supply of posterior inferior cerebellar artery after sedentary work of healthy male college students through measuring the cerebral oxygen of its supply area and to provide guidance of cervical self-caring for the majority. Method: 10 18-22-years-old healthy male college students of non technical department were randomly selected, who is in good health,without a head, neck, shoulder related diseases and did not engage in strenuous exercise 24 h before the experiment and exercised less than 3 times a week.The subjects were asked to hold a same position in a-160-minute continuous desk work,while the blood supply of posterior inferior cerebellar artery was measured by near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS).Through the analysis of the NIRS test results, to explore the influence of long time desk work on blood supply of posterior inferior cerebellar artery. Results: 1. Hb O2, t Hb increased and HHb decreased slowly in the 160 min desk work. Through the repeated measures variance test there was a statistical significance in Hb O2(F=8.666, P=0.001), t Hb(F=3.059, P=0.042), HHb(F=119.059, P=0.000) 2.change rate of Hb O2 decreased with time, and the change rate of Hb O2 is always greater than that of HHb. Conclusion: The blood flow of posterior inferior cerebellar artery increased slowly in 160minutes’ desk work, during which the rising extent of Hb O2 was gradually decreased.
