Objective: This study adopts a simple, randomized, controlled study programs designed for the scientific evaluation of efficacy of EA cooperate with the ‘Yi jin jing’ training in the treatment of Lumbar disc herniation. For clinical use‘Yi jin jing’to treat this disease and further research provide basis.Method: The patients were all from Chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine afiliated hospital in April 2014 to March 2015. Will be included in the standard of 60 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion patients according to 1:1 proportion randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group of 30 cases, according design requirements for all patient who met the inclusion criteria to treatment, The control group Using electro acupuncture in Ashi Points, Jiaji Points, Shenshu points, Zhibian points, Huantiao points, Weizhong points, Taixi points, Kunlun points and so on to treatment this disease. The treatment group adopts EA and ‘Yijinjing’ training to curative. Two groups of Patients were treated every day, 5 times as a course of treatment, 2 days rest between each course of treatment. Effects were recorded and analysed at the end of the 3 courses of treatments. The specific efficacy outcomes for observation include: Oswestry dysfunction index, JOA low back pain scale, Visual analogue scale,The JOA low back pain scale was used as the primary efficacy outcome, and efficient efficacy evaluation was reference to Chinese Disease Diagnosis and Efficacy Standards. Observe the EA Cooperate with ‘Yi jin jing’ training to treatment Lumbar disc herniation effect.Application SPSS19.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis. Measurement data are expressed as mean ± standard deviation(X±S). F-test was used to compare measurement data groups, Obey the normal distribution with T test, the paired t test was used for within group comparison, the independent sample T test was used for between groups Comparison, Don’t obey the normal distribution of data using nonparametric T test, Grouped data between groups were compared using chi-square test, the level of clinical curative effect use the Mann- Whitney U rank and inspection. All statistical tests were two-sided test, the detection level is a =0.05, The difference between two groups have statistical significance as(p<0.05).Results:(1)After the treatment, the Oswestry dysfunction index, JOA low back pain scale, Visual analogue scale’s score indicating that the therapeutic effects both groups were good(p<0.05), there have statistical significance.(2)By the rank and inspection comparison of the clinical curative effects of the two groups, the curative rate in treatment group was 93.3% while in control group was 80%. As for treatment group, 15 cases were cured, 13 cases showed improvement, while 2 cases showed no effect, As for control group, 8 cases were cured, 16 cases showed improvement, while 6 cases showed no effect. Comparison of two groups, the treatment group clinical curative rate obviously better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)It indicated that these two treatment methods are conducive to reduce the degree of dysfunction, pain degree of patients, improve the ability of daily life activities, clinical curative effect is obvious.(2)Electric acupuncture cooperate with ‘yi jin jing’ training effect more better than only use electric acupuncture to treatment of Lumbar disc herniation. ‘Yi jin jing’ as a traditional Exercise therapy, easy to learn, and can be effective to promote the rehabilitation of lumbar disc herniation, it was worthy recommended in clinical application and further research.
