Purpose:Research Salvia, HHD containing serum angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ)-induced ratmesangial cell proliferation and extracellular matrix synthesis, explore Salvia, HHDprevention mechanism glomerulosclerosis.Material and method:Using serum pharmacological method, the rats were divided intofour groups, the normal group, Salvia, HHD high-dose group, salvia, HHD dose group, salvia,HHD low-dose group, fed one week after preparation of traditional Chinese medicinepharmacological blood serum. Rat mesangial (HBZY-1) were divided into five groups ofnormal group, Ang Ⅱ10-7mol/L in the model group (Ang Ⅱ10-7mol/L), Salvia, HHDhigh concentration group, salvia, white the concentration of the amount of grass snake tonguegroup, salvia, HHD low concentrations. Preclude the use of real-time quantitative polymerasechain reaction (RT-qPCR) assay transforming growth factor-β (TGFβ1), determine thecontent of each group FN fibronectin (FN) and by ELISA.Results:1.A comparison of high-dose group medicine FN (5127.9091±1013.67252VS6206.5674±1520.72917) P>0.05with the model group, no statistically significant difference between thetwo, medicine dose group FN (4221.7997±963.03006VS6206.5674±1520.72917), P<0.000, the difference was statistically significant, low dose group FN (4004.4754±1003.72775VS6206.5674±1520.72917), P <0.000, statistically significant difference.2.Comparison between high school low-dose group, low-dose group of Chinese medicine andChinese medicine dose group (4004.4754±1003.72775VS4221.7997±963.03006) P>0.05,low dose group and high-dose groups of Chinese medicine (4004.4754±1003.72775VS5127.9091±1013.67252) P>0.05, traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine dose groupthan the high-dose group (4221.7997±963.03006±4004.4754±1003.72775) P>0.05, nosignificant difference between the two. 3.Compared with model group Chinese high-dose group FNFNmRNA (1.9847675±0.9923837VS217.481877±23.7376615) P <0.000, medicine dose group FNFNmRNA(0.736650±0.3728845VS217.481877±23.7376615), P <0.000, Chinese low-dose groupFNFNmRNA (0.320200±0.1671739VS217.481877±23.737665), P <0.000, between thetwo differences were statistically significant.4.FNmRNA comparison between high school low-dose group, low-dose group of Chinesemedicine and Chinese medicine dose group (0.320200±0.1671739VS0.736650±0.3728845)P>0.05, low dose group and high-dose groups of Chinese medicine (0.320200±0.1671739VS1.9847675±0.9923837) P>0.05, traditional Chinese medicine and Chinesemedicine dose group than the high-dose group (0.736650±0.3728845±1.9847675±0.9923837) P>0.05, no significant difference between the two.5.Relatively high dose group TGFβ1mRNA medicine with the model group,(7.9185±5.72084VS10.7025±2.79198) P>0.05, there is a decreasing trend, but the difference wasnot statistically significant, medicine dose group TGFβ1(0.2209±0.09454VS10.7025±2.79198), P <0.000, Chinese low-dose group TGFβ1(0.01650±0.08562VS10.7025±2.79198), P <0.000, both differences were statistically significant.6.TGFβ1mRNA comparison between high school low-dose group, low-dose group ofChinese medicine and Chinese medicine dose group (0.01650±0.08562VS0.2209±0.09454)P>0.05, low dose group and high-dose groups of Chinese medicine (0.01650±0.08562VS7.9185±5.72084) P>0.05, traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicinedose group than the high-dose group (0.2209±0.09454VS7.9185±5.72084) P>0.05, nosignificant difference between the twoConclusion:1.
