Clinical Observation On 30 Cases Of Hemorrhoids Treated By Modified External Stripping

Objective：Toobserveandevaluatetheclinicalefficacyandapplicationvalueof improved Milligan Morgan hemorrhoidectomy on ring mixed hemorrhoids accordingto postoperative complications, wound healing time and healing rate, and toexplore new surgical procedures for ring mixed hemorrhoids.Method：60inpatients with ring mixed hemorrhoids in the Affiliated Hospitalof Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January2013toOctober2013were randomly and equally divided into treatment group and controlgroup. The treatment group received the improved Milligan Morganhemorrhoidectomy and the control group received segmentation ligation therapy.Postoperative pain, urinary retention, anal stenosis bleeding and wound healingtime were observed. All data were analyzed by SPSS19.0statistical software.Results：1.Compared with control group, postoperative pain, urinary retention and woundhealing time in the treatment group largely reduced(P <0.05), which wasstatistically significant.2.About anal stenosis, the condition after three month of treatment (P>0.05)was not significant statistically, while the condition at after one month andafter two month of treatment (P <0.05) was statistically significant.3.As to postoperative bleeding at one week of treatment, there were nosignificant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4.The healing rate of the two groups was both100%(P>0.05), indicating nodifference.Conclusion：1.The improved Milligan Morgan hemorrhoidectomy and segmented ligation surgery two surgical methods can cure ring mixed hemorrhoids.2.The improved Milligan Morgan hemorrhoidectomy surgical methods in clinicalsurgery can significantly reduce postoperative pain.3.The improved Milligan Morgan hemorrhoidectomy surgical methods in clinicalsurgery can significantly reduce postoperative urinary retention.4.The improved Milligan Morgan hemorrhoidectomy surgical methods in clinicalsurgery can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative anal stenosis.5.The improved Milligan Morgan hemorrhoidectomy surgical methods in clinicalsurgery can significantly shorten the wound healing time, reduce the financialburden on patients.
