Purpose:In patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) risk factors, understand the incidence of acute myocardial infarction, and provide evidencefor prevention of acute myocardial infarction.Material and method: This study collected hospital affiliated to LiaoningUniversity of Traditional Chinese Medicine2012-2013diagnosed235cases ofearly ST segment elevation in patients with AMI, according to the divided intoyoung age (age<60years) and elderly (age≥60years) were retrospectiveinvestigation, collection of risk factors in two groups were comparativelyanalyzed.Results:1The number of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction group wassignificantly higher than that in the young group, elderly group were similarin men and women, young male patients with larger proportion2In the young group and the proportion of patients with multiple risk factorsthan the older group was higher (P<0.05).3In the young group, AMI patients with family history, smoking, drinking, lackof physical exercise, overeating, excessive fatigue and other factors is higherthan the proportion of the elderly group; high blood pressure, high cholesterol, glucose metabolic abnormality rate was lower than the elderly group. Thecomparison between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)4TCM type found in aged group of Qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis wereup to52.98%, in the young group, phlegm and blood stasis type cases up to46.15%.Conclusion:1. The main risk factors of young AMI and family history and way of life are closely related.2. The main risk factors of elderly AMI with hypertension, high cholesterol, glucose metabolism is more.3. Multiple risk factors are integrated, the sum of its dangerous degree is oftenhigher than the role of individual risk factors4. According to the characteristics of risk factors in patients of different agesAMI, targeted to develop different interventions...
