Purpose：Explore combine traditional Chinese and western medicine therapyand western medicine treatment in primary hypertension blood pressure controland improvements in symptoms curative effect.Methods：Strictly according to the diagnostic standard and include, excludestandards will be in January2012-January2014liaoning university oftraditional Chinese medicine hospital heart two ward of62patients with primaryhypertension phlegm dampness indicates sheng as the researchobject.Twenty-eight patients oral Olmesartan Medoxomi I(The control group),thirty-four patients oral Olmesartan Medoxomi I and tonifying spleen andreduce phlegm traditional Chinese medicine(Pinelliae and AtractylodisMacrocephalae and Gastrodiae Decoction)（The treatment group）.Record the twogroups of cases on admission, one week after the first treatment, treatmentand discharge when blood pressure values,TCM symptoms improve the situation,theabove results for statistical analysis.Result:1.Two groups of cases clinical data of gender, age, blood pressure beforetreatment had no significant difference (P>0.05), two groups of cases datacomparable.2.Comparison between groups，Case data after treatment in both groups,antihypertensive efficacy (P>0.05), there was no significant difference.3.Comparison in the group，Cases in the two groups after treatment of bloodpressure is compared before treatment, there are significant differences (P<0.05).4.TCM symptoms of two groups of cases after treatment than before improvement,but the Chinese medicine group symptoms improved more significantly (P <0.05), with statistical significanceConclusion:1.For the patients with primary hypertension phlegm dampness indicatessheng,there is no difference in the affect of antihypertensive between thetreatment group and the control group.2.On the clinical symptoms improved,the treatment group is better than thecontrol group.
