Observation On The Curative Effect Of Propyl Gallate In The Treatment Of Acute Myocardial Infarction

Purpose：To observe the clinical effect of propyl gallate injection in thetreatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction.This study discusseswhether the application of propyl gallate injection can reduce adverse cardiacevents and other adverse reactions，and investigate the safety of propyl gallate.Material and method：Atotalof90patientswithacutemyocardialinfarctionwere randomly divided into two group（the study group：n＝45；the control group：n＝45）.All patients were given conventional treatment before PCI.The study groupin postoperative was applied of propyl gallate injection120mg+0.9%SodiumChloride Solution250ml, intravenous drip, once a day(QD),10days for a course.The platelet, platelet aggregation, C reactive protein index in preoperativeand postoperative. The main outcome PCI postoperative propyl gallate injectiontherapy enhanced the efficacy.Patients were followed up for six months, recordsof the patients in the postoperative adverse cardiac events during the day tohalf a year (including the incidence of all-cause mortality, nonfatal myocardialinfarction, target vessel revascularization) and hemorrhage.Results：1. Application of propylgallate injection in the treatment of patients withplatelet aggregation rate, C reactive protein was significantly reduced.2.The control group has one cases of death,the study group has one patient whodied of nonfatal myocardial infarction.3.No adverse reactions such as bleeding of the two groups of patients withinsix months.Conclusion：1. Propyl gallate treatment in patients with acute myocardial infarction waseffective and safety.
