| Purpose：Analysis of the rule of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) oftraditional Chinese medicine， and observe the characteristics of each type ofsyndrome of blood-lipid.Material and method： After TCM differentiation of symptoms and signs forclassification of syndrome for the180cases of patients with acute myocardialinfarction (AMI)， to divide into5syndromes: Qi stagnation and blood stasissyndrome，Phlegm accumulate with stagnant blood syndrome， Qi-deficiency andblood stasis syndrome，qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome，edemasyndrome due to Yang deficiency.In selected patients among the totalcholesterol， low density lipoprotein cholesterol， high-density lipoproteincholesterol and triglyceride assay index， match the observation index and TCMsyndrome types，to explore the characteristics and distribution regularity ofdifferent syndromes.Results：1.Select180cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI)， qi andYin deficiency and blood stasis type， the maximum number of patients with phlegmand blood stasis mutual junction accounted for the proportion second， Yangdeficiency water less proportion of generics.2.Phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction an abnormal total cholesterol，low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in numerical is higher than other syndromes，with statistical significance (P>0.05). Yang deficiency water generic lipidvalue is generally low， with statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion：1.Acute myocardial infarction (mi) of traditional Chinese medicine dialecticallaw are two qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis type proportion, the highestproportion of phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction followed suit. 2.Blood lipid and acute myocardial infarction, there is correlation between TCMsyndrome type, phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction blood fat index highest,Yang deficiency water generic blood fat index.3. Blood fat can be used as acute myocardial infarction, the objective basisof TCM dialectical classification index, has a certain clinical significance.
