Study On The Correlation Between The Auricle Of Nasal Disease And The Syndrome Differentiation Of Nasal | | Posted on:2015-05-15 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Y Y Tian | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2134330467480305 | Subject:Traditional Chinese Medicine | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Objective:Probing nasal disease patients’ ears with normal people’s ears to see if their acupoints have any differences and the nasalacupoints of positive reaction of nasal disease patients are gained.Auricle points from different nasal disease patients are compared and its regularity is searched. The significance of nasal five-du syndrome differentiation is discussed by comparing the results gained above with the content of the nasal five-du syndrome differentiation. Methods:Auricular point is probed with the acupoints probe and the patients group and the normal people group each one has90cases, the differences between the two groups and between right and left ears of the observations group and the differences of different Nasal diseases are concluded.Result:1. There is statistical difference in the nasal disease patients group and the normal people group(P<0.05). There are statistical difference in nine auricle points including gan(CO12),fei(CO14),danyi(CO11),shen(CO10) and xin(CO15).2. The highest score is fei(CO14) in the nasal disease patients group.3. There are statistical difference in fei(CO14), xin(CO15) and cronic rhinitis (P<0.01). Fei(CO14)and xin(CO15) odds ratio(OR) are12.583and0.164.4. There are statistical difference in danyi(CO11), gan(CO12) and chronic sinusitis (P<0.01). Gan(CO12) and Danyi(CO11) OR are89.33and32.751.5. There are statistical difference in xin(CO15), fei(CO14) and nosebleeds (P<0.01). Xin(CO15) and fei(CO14) OR are12.417and0.116. Conclusion:"Lung opening at the nose"theory is concluded from the experiment above. The relationship between lung and cronic rhinitis is consistent with "lung governing inferior turbinate and inferior meatus" from the nasal five-du syndrome differentiation. The relationship between liver and chronic sinusitis is consistent with "liver governing middle nasal meatus and Middle turbinate and ostiomeatal complex". The relationship between heart and nosebleeds is consistent with "heart governing little area". | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Nose, Nasal Five-du Syndrome Differentiation, liver, Lung, Heart, Auricle Points | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
