Purpose： The clinical study of70cases of patients with Rheumatoid Arthritisrheumatoid arthritis treated with western medicine treatment of RheumatoidArthritis with different comparison of Chinese and western medicine,Chinesemedicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Material and method：We selected70cases of rheumatoid arthritis patientsin our hospital, were randomly divided into treatment group35cases and controlgroup35cases, control group treated with western medicine methotrexate, folicacid, protecting gastric drug, Le pine (Lo Solo Finn Na), Compound OssotideInjection and other disease control agents (hydroxychloroquine sulfate, LiuDanhuang and pyridine). The treatment group received three wonderful decoctioncombined with Western Medicine (control group, the treatment group two), wereobserved for6months.Results：Three course of treatment(6months),the treatment group totaleffectiverate96.96%，control group,the total efficiency of76.47%.the twogroups before and after treatment efficacy differentes(P＜0.05),there wasstatistical significance,The treatment group than the control group,thetreatment effect is good.Conclusion：Three wonderful casual Decoction Combined with Methotrexate intreating bampness-Heat blockage type RA than for therapeutic effece ofMethotrexate,gastrointestinal and liver function with low adverse reactions,itis worthy of popularization and application.
