Optimization Of The Process Of Rapidly Testing Pork (Latex Method)

The objective of this thesis is to improve the production efficiency by optimize the antibody & latex spraying process using the Reel to Reel machine with Error Detection & Marking system. And improve the product’s anti-flooding capacity by raising the rib height of lowercase molding.By introducing the Reel to Reel semi-automatic spraying equipment, the production efficiency improved 120% and cost saved 150% compare to primary spraying process. By introducing the On-line Error Detection Mark System, it can detect the incorrect sprayed NC timely, and Mark it with ink dot, then we can adjust the parameters timely to avoid more incorrect spraying appeared. It can improve the production efficiency greatly also, and can ensure the process yield of spraying. We perform 3 batches performance qualification validation to confirm the availability of this process optimization, the final test results for product performance and accelerated stability study prove that it will not impact the product’s performance and stability.There are some wrong results appeared in the using by customer. By perform some trial for the simulation of extreme using condition, we found that the flooding issue caused by incorrect using method is the root cause of these wrong results. Via further study and analysis for the flooding, we decide to raise the rib height of the lowercase to improve the product’s anti-flooding capacity. We choose 3 different raising height to optimize, finally, we chosen raise the rib height 0.2mm to improve the anti-flooding capacity and confirm the availability via functional testing and anti-flooding testing. Final test results prove that raise the rib height of lowercase 0.2mm can improve the product’s anti-flooding capacity obviously, and not impact product’s performance.Base on validations analysis and summarize, it can prove that introduce Reel to Reel can obvious improve the production efficiency and reduce the cost; raise the rib height 0.2mm can obvious improve the product’s anti-flooding capacity and no adverse effects for product’s essential function...
