In this paper,By way of stimulating domestic demand to promote the transformation of the pattern of economic development in recent years become the key and difficult point for the Chinese government work, how to improve the livelihood of the people, improve people’s living standard, the Angle of its narrow the gap between the rich and the poor get a long-term and effective economic development in our country, is a problem worth thinking about. Agriculture, rural areas and farmers, "SAN nong" problem is currently the focus of attention from all walks of life, solve the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, you must first put the farmers’ basic life safeguard in the first place. This article first from a macro point of view, analysis in our country facing the change of the pattern of economic development, under the background of stimulating consumer demand, respectively, this paper introduces the current development of C hina’s rural medical and health undertakings, as well as residents of rural health care consumption, thus from the income growth, the income distribution and uncertainty analysis under three different mechanism of rural health care reform on rural residents’ consumption. Empirical part of the article, respectively, the traditional econometric model is established and error correction model(ECM) and individual fixed effects model, adopt the method of gradually progressive, layer upon layer analysis, demonstrates the C hinese government on the rural health reform has a good role in promoting rural residents consumption, and for panel data in the study also found that other provinces in our country medical conditions differences between regional disparity, in large part of people’s consumption level degree is decided by the income level, thus to increase the medical investment at the same time, also need to take measures to increase the income level, perfect the social security, other is on the whole the necessary way of improving rural residents’ consumpt ion demand in C hina.
