Professor Shen Ping 's Experience And Mechanism Of Treating Psoriasis With "Opening Xuanfu, Bushen Peiyuan"

Psorisasis is a common immune-mediated inflamematory skin disease. Nowadays many patients prefer to chose Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) which shows high efficacy, low recurrence, and few side-effects. Base on the previous study and the experience of prestigious chinese physician, professor Song applied a new method——"KaiTongXuanFu, BuShengPeiYuan" to treat psoriasis patients, and receive good effect. This study we use clinical analysis and in vitro experiments, to investigate clinical experience on treatment of psoriasis by Professor Song using "KaiTongXuanFu, BuShengPeiYuan" method, and expect to reveal the targets mechanisms of KaiXuanBuShen herbs treating psoriasis and provide new scientific evidence for the prevention and treatment of TMC in psoriasis.Object:By collecting nearly two years record of clinical psoriasis patients, analysis the clinical characters, curative effect and herbal recipe by Professor Song using "KaiTongXuanFu, BuShengPeiYuan" treat psoriasis. By culturing psoriasis fat MSCs, investigate the potential mechanisms treating psoriasis through in vitro experiments.Methords.The paper can be divided into two parts, clinical research and experiment research.1.41 patients with psoriasis effective treated with "KaiTongXuanFu, BuShengPeiYuan" methord in Guanganmen Hospital for 2013-2015 were studied and retrospective analyzed include:clinical manifestations, drug law of kaixuanbushen decoction, summarization of Professor Song treat psoriasis patients clinical experience.2. obtained AMSCs from psoriatic fat tissue, identify biological characteristics, compare the gene expression between psoriasis patient and healthy control, co-cultured AMSCs with PBMC, assess changes in Thl7 and Treg.Results:1.41 cases of psoriasis treated with "Kaitongxuanfu, Bushenpeiyuan" methord by retrospective analysis, results suggest that:patients to male ratio of 1.562:1, with average 43.13 years old, duration of 1-50 years, mean 13.15 years,22 of them have family history, fever with sore throat is the main induce factor, symptoms aggravating in winter.34 cases in the resting stage,32 cases are diagnose with deficiency of the liver and kidney. Clinical manifestations appear higher frequency include:chills with cold limbs, dryness of throat, insomnia, forgetfulness, etc. Drug use frequency analysis base on each treatments show that, the core of durg applying of "Kaitongxuanfu, Bushenpeiyuan" methord include:Ephedra intemedia Schrenk, Cinnamomum cassia Blume, Aconitum carmichaeli Debx, Buthus martensii Karsch, Curculigo ensifolia, Epimedium sagittalum Bak, Solanum dulcamara, etc. Total efficiency rate of this treatment is 87.80%.2. The psoriasis AMSCs showed normal proliferation, cell viability, surface markers and multiple differentiation characteristics. Using microarray and GO analysis revealed that the different express genes were involved in immune responses and immune regulation signal pathway.Conclusion:Professor Song applying "Kaitong xuanfu, Bushenpeiyuan" methord to treat psoriasis base on a series of charicteristics include family history, symptoms aggravating in winter, TCM diagnosis mainly conform to deficiency of the liver and kidney syndrome. the psoriatic MSCs with reduce immunomodulation potential may play a role in psoriasis pathogenesis, the underline mechanism of This treatment could be relate to regulating the immunomodulation function of MSCs.
