Purpose:With the increase in the incidence of gastric cancer, recancerous lesions more and more people’s attention.And intestinal metaplasia (Intestinal Metaplasia, IM) is a precancerous lesion,which is replaced by gastric intestinal epithelial dysplasia in a stomach.Intestinal metaplasia causes include Helicobacter pylori infection, gastric PH decreased bile reflux and so on.Clinically, bile reflux with intestinal metaplasia is increasing, but the mechanism that bile acids cause intestinal metaplasia is not clear,For the treatment of bile reflux with intestinal metaplasia, Western medicine is only for the cause of reducing bile reflux.It’s difficult to improve or reverse against intestinal metaplasia.The Chinese medicine for the treatment of bile reflux and intestinal metaplasia has its unique advantages,But TCM elements and characteristics symptoms of the bile reflux with IM is still a lack of uniform standards, and the treatment is in slow progress.In our previous study about 200 cases of bile reflux gastritis showed that according to TCM diagnostic criteria, we formulated TCM eight syndromes of bile reflux gastritis,they are Liver and stomach qi tagnation, liver and stomach swelter, spleen,, qi phlegm, spleen and stomach, stomach yin deficiency and mixed cold and heat.the gall bladder heat attacking stomach has the highest proportion about 45%,And we use clear and descending theory treated 60 cases of bile reflux gastritis,the total effect of the clinical results show the total effective rate was 91.7%,Which recovered 29 cases (48.3%) were cured, marked 17 cases (28.3%). effective 9 cases (15.0%). ineffective in 5 cases (8.3%),Which shows a clear clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,But the efficacy and TCM Syndromebile of reflux with intestinal metaplasia needs further discussion.This study was designed by bile reflux gastritis with intestinal metaplasia of symptoms, symptom characteristics and endoscopic mucosal manifestations and pathological inflammation, intestinal metaplasia, atrophy, erosion degree of correlation,Which is laying the foundation of TCM syndrome type for the bile reflux gastritis with intestinal metaplasia.This thesis is divided into two parts:the first part is the overview section, divided into traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine Summary Summary; the second part is the clinical research study about the relationship between the intestinal metaplasia endoscopic phase and TCM symptom of bile reflux gastritis.Methods:The clinical research, using statistical software SPSS 17.0 data import statistics.Data such as age, gender measurement data using frequency.For the measurement data for statistical counting 。 Differences between the variables analyzed using nonparametric rank sum test 。 For TCM elements, using factor analysis and factor rotation method to study the extraction syndrome elementsResult:1.
