OBJECTIVE:This paper compare cardiac MRI and ECG, UCG and angiographic to clear the value of cardiac magnetic resonance in myocardial infarction. MATERIALS AND METHODS:This study has been approved by the hospital ethics committee, access to the patient’s informed consent and informed consent. We choose 26 inpatients in Nan Jing Drum Tower Hospital. The patients are clinical diagnosed of acute myocardial infarction. And they all have CMR examination. Then choose CMR delayed enhancement as standard to analyze ECG, UCG and Coronary angiography. RESULTS:1. Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging is safe in patients with acute myocardial infarction.2. The patients that are clinical diagnosed of acute myocardial infarction, showed a delayed enhancement in cardiac MRI. Thus, Cardiac magnetic resonance’s sensitivity is nearly 100% in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.3. Choose Cardiac MRI as a diagnostic criterion for acute myocardial infarction,13 (50%) of those 26 patients have shown Consistency of ECG and CMR. CMR has shown 7 patients of interventricular septum myocardial infarction and 2 patients of LVPW myocardial infarction who did not have corresponding expression in ECG.4.10 (38.5%) patients of those 26patients have shown myocardial motion abnormalities compared to 14 patients (53.8%) in Heart movie. But these two methods have no difference in statistical analysis.5.23 patients have Coronary angiography examination, and 13 of them show coronary stenosis, conclude 7 plaque,4 Coronary myocardial bridge and 2 both plaque and Coronary myocardial bridge.6.15 patients (57.7%) of them show lower myocardial perfusion curve. Thus, The sensitivity of delayed enhancement was significantly higher than myocardial perfusion for the diagnosis of myocardial infarction.CONCLUSION:Cardiac MRI is more accuracy in positioning and more sensitive in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction than ECG and coronary angiography.
