| AimsThis research uses retrospective study to make a comparison and analyze tumor marker, tumor focus, Chinese medicine clinical sigh and forward survival situation by using warming yang reducing phlegm and resolving masses Chinese medicine during breast cancer period. By using curative effect to confirm the method can be effective. Using experimental study, established ER(+) nude mouse breast cancer transplantation tumor model to make a control study about reducing phlegm and resolving masses, tamoxifen and drug combination, and at last confirm that reducing phlegm and resolving masses can control the tumor. The final aim is to improve the diagnosis level of Chinese medicine to treat breast cancer, and supply the strategy for Chinese medicine.MethodsClinical observation with the method of retrospective study, collected from January 2010-January 2015 of Beijing university of Chinese medicine conforms to the medical records of eastern hospital oncology outpatient and ward were incorporated into the standard of women with advanced breast cancer cases material, more patients before and after the application of Chinese medicine (1 month or 3 months) of the change of tumor markers and tumor focus, compare the difference between before and after the use of Chinese medicine for patients with 3 months of Chinese medicine treatment’s symptoms and weight. Drawing the Kaplan Meier-survival curve, looks for the survival of patients with 2 years to evaluate the effect of Chinese medicine.Using experimental research,30 nude mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, each group of six nude mice respectively, the blank group, tamoxifen group, warming yang reducing phlegm and resolving masses dose group, warming yang reducing phlegm and resolving masses high dose group and combination group (tamoxifen+explored phlegm fights the dose), ER (+) breast cancer nude mouse transplantation tumor model is set up, after the success of the building for 15 days in a row, general condition, body weight and food intake during observation nude mice, mice were euthanized at 1 day after the treatment, take tumor weighing, tumor inhibition rate calculation.SPSS 20.0 was used to analyze the statistics.ResultsAccording to the clinical observation, complete follow-up of 30 cases,10 cases of patients after treatment has carried on the review of 1 month,3 cases of SD,5 patients for PD,2 cases died.22 patients after treatment for 3 months for review,2 cases for PR,14 cases of SD,3 cases of PD, and 3 cases died.12 patients 6 months after reviewing,2 cases for PR,7 cases for SD,2 cases of PD, 1 case was died.Compare the level of tumor markers in patients, the results showed that 1 month review of patients and 3 months after review the level of tumor markers in patients with treatment was not seen the obvious down or up. Curative effect for SD, PR comparison before and after the patient’s levels of tumor markers that CA153, CA125, and CEA is stable. After the statistics analysis, there is no significant difference (P> 0.05).More patients with clinical symptoms before and after treatment for 3 months, cold after statistics analysis, and cold limbs, insomnia, fatigue, anorexia, defecate pond thin before and after treatment comparison there were statistically significant (P< 0.05).After application of formula calculation, the symptoms of the period were 44%,50%,62%,50%,31%, suggests that effective, body weight before and after treatment in patients has no obvious difference.Long-term survival situation, according to the Kaplan Meier survival curve, shows that curve significantly lower 1-6 months, the patient survival rates change is bigger, six months after the decline are easing,8 and 24 months after curve has no obvious change, the cumulative survival rate was 75.4%.Experimental studies, tumor-burdened nude mice in 2 weeks after inoculation, observe the general status of nude mouse is bad, weak spirit, in the whole visible dander. Blank during drug group of nude mouse’s state of mind is weak, dander up time and again, tumors grow fast, tamoxifen and explored phlegm fights in the party, the high dose group, after compared with the blank group, native long scurfy gradually disappear, mental status improved, mental state combination group of nude mice did not see obvious improvement. Weight, nude mice weight from each drug group were increased, the difference had statistical significance (P< 0.05), but the combination group before and after medication regimen, sample size change, failed to do statistical analysis. Food intake, western medicine and Chinese medicine dose group, high dose group of nude mice before and after food intake is not seen obviously reduces, the combination group of at least reduced food intake. After comparing groups of nude mice tumor weight, western medicine, Chinese medicine high dose group, respectively, compared with the blank group after statistics analysis, statistically significant difference (P< 0.05), more than the comparison between groups had no statistical significance. Tumor inhibition rate calculation, Chinese medicine dose group was 14.03%, the high dose group was 33.79%, western medicine group (tamoxifen) was 47.89%, and the combination group was 25%Conclusions:1. Using warming yang reducing phlegm and resolving masses can make some breast cancer patients with small advanced tumor focal tumor load tends to be stable or shrink.2. Using warming yang reducing phlegm and resolving masses can make some smaller breast tumor load advanced level of tumor markers in patients with stable or falling3. Using warming yang reducing phlegm and resolving masses can improve the clinical symptoms in patients with advanced breast cancer and syndrome.4. Using warming yang reducing phlegm and resolving masses can extend advanced breast cancer patients with long-term survival5. Warming yang reducing phlegm and resolving masses medicine can improve breast cancer tumor-burdened nude mice and control weight loss.6. Warming yang reducing phlegm and resolving masses medicine can restrain the growth of the nude mouse transplantation tumor of breast cancer, and correlation with drug doses.
