Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC) refers to the 2 class above originated in Intrahepatic bile duct covering epithelium of a kind of primary liver cancer. In the past twenty years, the incidence and the mortality of ICC worldwide grow rapidly, more importantly, the highest incidence areas of ICC are Thailand and other parts of East Asia. Micro RNA(mi RNA) is a kind of highly conservative endogenous non-coding small single-stranded RNA molecules, by acting on m RNA playing a similar role of oncogene and tumor suppressor genes. In recent years, mi RNA has been widely used in cancer research, and it is the key factor of diagnosing cancer early. The purpose of this article is by using the method of biological statistics to find out some key factors of ICC, for human disease prevention and personalized therapy to provide theoretical support.The Microarray data GSE32958 of this article is downloaded from GEO. The first is dealing with data. According to the matching principle, we process data and get the significantly(p<0.05) up or down regulations of micro RNA regulating and controlling m RNA, also called targeted relationship. Then do the Pearson correlation analysis, and select the significantly(p<0.05) targeted correlation relationship for the next section. Next is to build WGCNA and select target genes modules. Use related matrix data to get the adjacency function of gene network structure, calculate the difference coefficient of all the different nodes, build hierarchical clustering tree, and set a threshold to identify target genes modules. The last is getting the factors significantly associated with ICC. Choose the module ranking first(contain most target gene) to do the Fisher’s Exact Test by using DAVID, and finally get 106 of GO term and 5 KEGG pathway statistically significant.In existing literature report verification, we find that two pathway(Focal adhesion,Pathways in cancer) is sure to associated with ICC. But the other three pathways(Axon guidance,ECM-receptor interaction,Regulation of actin cytoskeleton) are only to be found associated with cancer but not sure with ICC. So I hope the three pathways will be verified by the experimenters in the future, what’s more, this research will provide a new research direction for the drug research in the future.
