purpose: The purpose of the study of human myosin regulatory light chain genes (MYL9) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues, and to explore its relationship with lymph node metastasis. Method:QRT-PCR and WB detection method using the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical 2013-02 to 2014-10 40 cases of NSCLC patients with carcinoma, corresponding adjacent tissues, mRNA expression dissection of lymph nodes MYL9. Results:The results MYL9 relative expression and pathological type, lymph node metastasis, lymph node metastasis was significantly related to the number and TNM stage (p<0.05); MYL9 relative expression in lung cancer and metastatic lymph nodes was significantly lower than that of normal tissue and lymph nodes did not (p <0.05); Conclusion:MYL9 in non-small cell lung cancer, lymph node play an important role in metastasis and development.
