This thesis through Tibetan and Western medicine woman health careknowledge to analysis, and the use of qualitative and quantitative method toinvestigate the Guoluo Lajia and Zeku of68women of childbearing age in thereality of the menstrual period health care and the menstrual period of women ofchildbearing age and health realty of the situation.Objectives: to actively lead the medical staff’s recommendations for new methodsand the broad masses of women and children health development direction, anddevoted to the health of woman’s health and to improve woman’s health level of theTibetan. Compared with other big countries and peoples, whether all aspects ofTibetan woman’s level of education, health care, and living conditions, healthequipment display are far behind. So we need to think about and improve the medicalstaff as the huge difference. And in need of medical staff and the broad masses ofwomen actively exchange and communication to enhance health awareness of theadverse factors. So that society and the masses of common concern and attention tothe importance and significance of woman’s health care. In recent years, people’sliving standard continuously improving and economic income is increasing at thesame time, more competition and pressure to the health of women and children bringmore harm and uneasy. Therefore, to discuss and communicate how to prevent andimprove the mortality of pregnant and lying-in women and woman’s health statuscontrol is a very necessary work content.Research methods: the main research method is analyzed using the data of thereservoirs in western theory of knowledge. Qualitative and quantitative methods for68women of child-bearing age in two different regions during menstruation conditionthrough the questionnaire investigation and understanding.Research background: This study through2011March to2012June in Qinghai,Golog Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, the town and Zeku County, Huangnan TibetanAutonomous Prefecture Ning Xiu Xiang68menstrual period of Tibetan womenhealth investigation research. Research conte nts: Mining and analysis in the western theory of knowledge,effective measures and methods of health care of women in terms of how to combinewith practice, and studies the investigation of two different regions of women ofchildbearing age, educational level and whether the basic p hysiological knowledgeabout menstruation, menstrual health status, medical service location public facilitiesand Tibetan women with gynecological diseases and treat menstrual healthconsciousness level etc..Results: the survey found two women received health education level of thewomen in Guoluo area average years of education accounts for about32.4%of thewomen, Zekuo Nianxiu area by average education age about20.6%, to understandand master the basic health knowledge level of Goluo Lajia women accounted forabout73.5%, to understand and master the basic health knowledge level of ZekuoNingxiu women accounted for about38.2%, health level of Goluo Lajia womenaccounted for about29.4%, and health level of Zekuo Nianxiu women accounted forabout20.6%, basic medical and health condition and accounted for about79.4%, andthe women on menstruation lack of good idea to understand and treat menstrualdisease accounted for Goluo Lajia women about50%, and Zekuo Nianxiu area ofwomen accounted for82.4%.Therefore, in order to improve the Tibetan woman’s health, the health status ofTibetan medicine in the woman’s health knowledge and grass-roots woman’scombination, propaganda, education, improve and strengthen the Tibetan womenhealth health status.
