To examine the effects of implementation on Fenyang new rural cooperative medical system, we use the form of graphs, charts and otherdescriptive statistics analysis by making comparison of the longitudinal time for the indicators reflecting the coverage, funding and compensation benefitsResult:1.The population of farmers who take part in the New Rural Cooperative Medical Service is getting larger.270900farmers in Fenyang voluntarily Participating Senate combined rate of82.39%in2007, showing an increasing trend(84.41%in2008,86.29%in2009, and88.13%in2010,98.39%in2011). In2012, the city’s new rural cooperative participation together the number of30.99million, the Senate combined rate of98.64%.2. Farmers hospitalization rate to1.43%in2007rose to7.47percent, outpatient rate of16.94%in2007rose to192.24%.3. At the end of2011, the city of Participating Farmers accumulated benefit1.0131million people, grants of133million yuan Amongthem,71,900people enjoy the hospital subsidy of113million yuan, the people were1571.63yuan subsidy;941,200people enjoy the outpatient subsidy of16,608,800yuan, people are17.65yuan subsidy. Reimbursement cap line from30,000to60,000hospitalized actual compensation increased by30.83%to53.02%, the farmers hospitalization are reimbursed the cost of1313.71yuan to1990.64yuan, the are at their own expense ratio decreased from69.17%to46.98%.4. In the year of2011, Urban, municipal, county, township hospitalized for medical treatment trips were10,240,000,65,060,000,43,060,000,10,340,000, the proportionof4.62%,29. 34%,19.42%,46.63%.5. Up to now, the new rural cooperative a total investment of179million yuan;133million yuan of expenditures, the balance of45.8792million yuan; the cumulative balance reaches15.66%, exceeding the country’s less than15%of the index.Conclusion:1.
