By five kind of different types tobacco varieties: Burley tobacco (T N90), Flue cured tobacco(NC89),Sun-cured tobacco, Orientall.tobacco (Oriental tobacco of henan), Nicotiana rustica tobacco is a material, establishes three time's processing:24h , 481k 72h and five kinds mix the salt alkaloid gradient, separately carries on different time and the salt alkaloid gradient to five kind of tobacco varieties seedling stage forces processing. Different time processing each variety all has its comparison (CK),purely passes with the Hoagland nourishing cream fills. Determines in its seedling leaf blade the cell membrane penetrability, the malmlde hyde (MDA) the content.the superoxide, dismutase (SOD),the catalase (CAT),the peroxide enzyme (POD) activeness, the protein content and the soluble protein gelatin electricity swims, proline (Pro) content, as well as esterase same labor enzyme and peroxide same labor enzyme changes.The test result indicated that:1 .Lengthens along with the process time with the compound salt caustic concentration increase, five kind of tobacco varieties cell membrane penetrability and the malmlde hyde content present the rise the tendency, bears the salt alkaloid stronger plant cell membrane stability stronger, the membrane penetrability increases few, the injury rate is low. But bears weakly plants laws of nature to be opposite, in same forces under processing, various varieties membrane penetrable size and malmlde hyde content of different types from high to low are in the following order: the TN90,NC89 Sun-cured tobacco, Oriental tobacco of henan, Nicotiana rustica tobacco. SOD and the CAT activeness gradually drops, in TN90 and NC89 seedling leaf blade SOD and CAT activeness change scope very small,ends to steadily, but other three kind of changes scope relative is bigger, in same forces under processing, various varieties activeness of SOD and CAT high to low's performance of high to low is Nicotiana rustica tobacco,Oriental tobacco of henna, Sun-cured tobacco.TN90 NC89. Activeness of POD increased in early phase and afterwards decreased, activeness of POD each type tobacco seedling leaves achieves the peak value under the fourth salt alkaloid processing when process time is 24h,otherwise they all achieves the peak value under third salt alkaloid processing in 48h and 72h.2.The protein content shows after first rising to fall, in three different process time TN90 and NC89 all will achieve the peak value under the second number salt alkaloid processing, under 3 salt alkaloid processing Sun-cured tobacco, Oriental tobacco of henna and Nicotiana rustica tobacco achieves the peak value.
