In recent years,among project building of china's ecological defense forest and backing farmland into forest, phyllostachys heterocycla has been the first choice and develops widely.ln Fu Jian province.it spreads in every places,the peasants are changing poor-output and natural forest into single bamboo one.The acreage of the forest is becoming larger.and it is over 12 percent of all.The planning and management is becoming more careful and the economic value becoming higher.Now.it's total year value is more than 5 billion RMB.In the northwest province,Moso bamboo has become into the brace industry of rural economics. However, because of lacking scientific planning and management,and unreasonable renewing,the large-scale pure forest has caused the ecological environment worsen and the ecological balance lost,many second level diseases found in the early years had became into main ones,such as Coccostroma arundinariae and Ceratosphaeria phyllostachydis Zhang Aciculosporum take Hara occurs now and again, Phyllachora orbicula Rahm and Capnodium tanakae Shirai et Hara exists in forest universally and includes large crisis.When the conditions are appropriate.they will endanger the forest severely.Besides,in different places,many other diseases will destroy nursery and forest too.So,we make investigations into occurent situation,the connection between occurent circumstance and different methods of planning and management.different slopes,different condition of water and fertilizer . With a view to domestic study and problems existing in the forest, we mainly study the distributing actuality, endangerment actuality, outdoor and indoor fungicide control of Phyllachora orbicula Rahm and Capnodhan tanakae Shirai et Hara.As a result.we summarize a reasonable and feasible synthetical prevention project as follows: 1.Species of Moso bamboo diseasesIn Fu Jian province,the diseases have the characteristics of variety,wide distributing,and they mostly occur on or in leaves,some endanger seedling and bamboo shoot,a few endanger limbs. 2.The causes of Moso bamboo diseasesThe Moso bamboo diseases' wide occurence is the result of distemperedness of system for forestry diseases prevention and relatively poor prevention of Moso bamboo diseases.lt come down to poor planning and management.poor management methods, singleness and simpleness of prevention methods.the out of line between correlative sections and the peasants, overpopulation etc. 3.
