Potato is a crop that tuber is regarded as yield and virus is main factor that restricted potato production. Potato production need more tubers, but our courtry can't meet this producing qualification and yield requirment at present. Utilize areoponics culture produce virus-free min-tuber, breed quotiety can be improved 10 to 20 times more than manner, and the tuber number of per plant can achieve 40 to 60. There is osculation relation between change of ecdogenesis hormones and min-tuber forming during growing development. In this thesis it's the first time to combined areoponics culture with extraneous daubing hormones, using the different types of varieties (midle muter variety Atlantic, midle—late muter variety Gaoyuan 7 and earily muter variety Yushu 1) as main plotand seven hormones (GA3+ABA, GA3+6—BA, GA3+B9, GA3+PP333, GA3+JA, GA3+water and water+water) as split-plot to deeply studed the effect and control on extraneous hormones to endogenesis hormones and growth during potato development. We get the rerults as follows:1 The relationship between GA3 and potato endogenesis hormones' movement and tuberizationExtraneous GA3 can increase endogenesis ZR and JA content in potato leaves, and increase endogenesis IAA, GA3, ABA content in leaves of Gaoyuan 7 and Yushu 1, Extraneous GA3 also can promote plant height, stem diameters LAI and plant fresh weight, and increased individual tuber number of Atlantic.2 The relationship between 6-BA and potato endogenesis hormones' movement and tuberizationDaubing extraneous GA3 combine with 6-BA can increase endogenesis IAA and ZR content of leaves of Atlantic and Gaoyuan 7. 6-BA alone can increase endogenesis IAA content in leaves in Atlantic and Gaoyuan 7, and only increase endogenesis ZR content in leaves of Atlantic.
