The astragalus sinicus - wheat interplanting system had been proven has the obvious interplanting superiority after inoculated with Mesorhizobium huakuii 93 (Mh93). In the experiment, homologous recombination between the plasmid with sacB gene and nodD gene segment and pSym of Mh93 through parental mating could take place. And the nodD gene could be deleted or cured on the TY plate with 10%sucrose. Thus the nodD' strain could be obtained. Uses the greenhouse trough bowl experiment, as supplies take Mh93 and Mh93-27 to try the strain, has studied in the astragalus sinicus - wheat mixed cultivation system the PGPR function and its the fixed nitrogen shift function the influence which grows to the adult plant. The result indicated that, nodD~- mutant of Mh93-27 although has lost the bunching nitrogen fixation ability, after the vaccination astragalus sinicus, it pressed to live (PGPR) to affect still can promote the astragalus sinicus and wheat's growth, but astragalus sinicus's adult plant biomass and entire nitrogen content only obvious when wheat booting time and harvesting time. After inoculated wild strain Mh93, the Rhizobium can on the astragalus sinicus the normal bunching, the nitrogen fixation, and will fix the nitrogen to the wheat shift, the astragalus sinicus and wheat's adult plant biomass and the entire nitrogen content obtained the remarkable enhancement in the entire vegetal period. Obviously in the astragalus sinicus and in the wheat mixed cultivation system, the PGPR function can increase the wheat adult plant biomass and the entire nitrogen content in the certain degree, promotes its growth, what but is main is in the system nitrogen shift function result.
