In this paper, we focused on the techniques for rapid propagation of Rumohra adiantiformis. Firstly, we searched for the effective measures to reduce the pollution rate in the first generation of the Rumohra, which had already been dealt with different germicide and at different water temperature. Secondly, we studied the ability of the differentiation between different kinds of explants and compared the degrees of the dedifferentiation. We putted the fungus-less explant into the culture medium that had been mixed with some hormone. Thirdly, we carried further study on the types of the hormone and the effective of the hormone concentration on the propagation of adventitious buds. We could get the result by the inducing of the adventitious bud and screening the best PH in the condition of orthogonal design 2 factors in 3 levels. Fourthly, we reasearched on the effects of different hormones on rooting of adventitious buds. After getting healthy plants, we investigated the effection of different groups of substances on the survival rates and growth vigor during domestication. All the work done aim to attain high quality Rumohra and an available method for commercial propagation of large scale in Rumohra adiantiformis . The main results are as followings :(1) The method of reducing the pollution rate during the elementary propagation. Using 3g/L germicide treats explants for 24h has a virus-free rate of 96.67%, its better than that of thermotherapy which treats the explant for 1h at 40℃.(2) Comparisons of differentiation ability in different positions of explants and dedifferentiation degrees with them. Differents organs cultured on the same medium have a differents differentiation ability.
