Actualizing precision seeding can cut down cost and be efficient, which can get rid of the thinning and is favorable to increasing the incomes of the peasant. This paper is based on profound study on current ones at home and abroad, directing at the developing status of the agriculture in china especial in XinJiang. Comparative study of the existing precision seedling metering devices, combining with the geography environment and standard of the cotton in XinJiang, an improved precision seedling metering device is be designed. Computer simulation and experimentation tests and theoretic analysis are performed.The focal points of main work discussed in this paper are as follows:1. Using the orthogonal testing method, the precision seedling metering device using air suction to carry on the bench test, gained the negative air pressure, the diameter of the suction hole, the rotation speed of the disc have effects on rebroadcast rate, Leaks broadcasting rate & Essence broadcasting rate, obtained the optimized main parameter data.( when the diameter of the suction hole during 3mm~3.5mm, the negative air pressure has 250mmH2O, the rotation speed has 46r/min, the ratio of the seeding is better.)2. According to optimizes the result, improved and designs the precision seedling metering device, design and manufacturing different diameter of the suction hole, which is the base of the experimentation of the opening hole fluid field.3. According to the finite element theory, this paper performs the opening hole fluid field experimentation in virtue of the large-scale software ANSYS/FLOTRAN module. Then the effects of parameter of the suction hole to the capability of suction seed are obtained.4. using three-dimension software PRO/E, ADAMS and dynamic simulation, the model of the precision seedling metering device using air suction is formed and dynamic simulation is performed. The advice of design and the reasonable parameters are given.5. A lot of tests are performed on the sample and gained the negative air pressure, the diameter of the suction hole, the rotation speed of the disc have effects on the ratio of the seeding. The orthorhombic experimentations are performed and the optimum parameters are gained.6. The precision seedling metering device using air suction to manufacture the prototype, has carried on the bench test and the confirmation. (The result basically tallies)...
