| The VA mycorrhiza fungi and the plant roots are a symbiosis of formation. The experiment sieved the soil with the lawn precocious straw in three Harbin universities, and sieved 9 kinds of VAs mycorrhiza fungi spore totally. The experiment carried out the experiment on the three kinds of germ invaded the funct of dye. Under the condition of no fertilizer, the experiment researched the physiology characteristic of Aces and Park with water normally and drought. The result shows:I. Sieving the 9 kinds of VA mycorrhiza fungi spore explain that the lawn precocious straw and the VA mycorrhiza fungi can co-exist in a body. And the experiment selected the right germ-Masaic ball bag mildewed.II. Under the condition of normally water. The experiment discovered that three kinds of germ have to certainly invade the function of Aces and Park in different degrees.III. The VA mycorrhiza can promote the growth of kentucky bluegrass.IV. Under the condition of no fertilizer, the experiment researched the physiology characteristic of the plants with water normally and drought. The result shows:1. Under the normally condition, the difference between the content of chlorophyll into the germ and the contrast is not obviously, but the difference is very obvious in the drought condition. This performarce explain fully that germ can develop its function under the drought condition.2. No matter it is in water normally condition or drought, the content of nitrogen and phosphorus both on the soil and under the soil is improving when the plants are inoculated into the germ. And the content of soil's nitrogen and phosphorus also has the increment. Some is even higher that the nourishmentcontent of the cultural matrices. The difference with the contrast is obvious, especially in the drought condition. Under the drought condition, this performance can improve the content of nitrogen and phosphorus in Kentucky bluegrass and strengthen the anti-dry function of the plants.3. Under the drought condition, inoculating the VA mycorrhiza fungi can improve relative water amount in Kentucky bluegrass leaves with different degrees. And it's higher obviously than the water amount of the contrast. This performance proved that the germ inoculated in the experiment can improve the function of protecting water in Kentucky bluegrass under the drought condition.4. Under the drought condition, the plant cell membrane structure that inoculates the germ break obviously lower than the contrast. The cell membrane hurts in a small degree. This performance proved that the influence on the metabolism was smaller and strengthened the resistant function of drought. |
