With our country accepted by the WTO and realized the importance of the sustainable Development of Agricultural, more attentions were paid to the security and pesticide residues, while the Pest Bio-control is becoming more prominence. As the silkworm, bombyx mori., is the representation of Lepidoptera insects and the important biology mode, studying on the silkworm myiasis will be helpful to improve integrated pest management. Otherwise the investigation of the changes upon physical and chemical after fly maggot autoeciousness could provide gist on the comprehending insect immunity and the reaction of insect immunity. According to these we investigated several physiology target of silkworm myiasis. The results were as followed:1 Exorista sorbillans Wiedemann eggs were usually laid on the back of the silkworm from 3 to 5 metamere. Generally speaking, parasitic parts were in the intersegmental membrane. Seen from the data on mortality of silkworm after parasitized, all the silkworms which were parasitized before 5th instar were died before spinning; but partly could produce cocoon and pupate during the 5th instar which were parasitized. Along with the parasitized time going on, the death rate of silkworms were dropped off and quality of silk was gradually hoist, but were always lower than healthy silkworm.2 The weight of Silkworms and the amount of food ingested were slightly higher than healthy during the period of silkworms which were parasitized by Lavar of Exorista sorbillans Wiedemann. The ALKP activity in midgut tissues showed that there were no distinct changes at the 1-3rd days of 5th larva period between sickened and healthy one, the raising ranges were kept an ordinary level, but the enzyme activity took a prominent rising level on 4th day which reached 13.7 % compared with healthy silkworm. The GLY enzyme activity in tail silkglands began a zoomac rising at 1st day of 5th larva,...
