| Bordeaux nutritional protective powder (BNPP for short) had evident effects on iron and zinc deficiency. The purpose of the thesis was that according to the plant lack element occurrence of mechanism, spray dry tower of fog which was from the United States was used to develop several kinds of Bordeaux nutritional protective powders which had good suspension capability and had iron and zinc nutrition etc, with five water cupric sulfate, lime, EDTA-Fe, zinc sulfate and additive etc. The tomato and peanut which were sensitive to iron and zinc was utilized to investigate the different effects of Bordeaux nutritional protective powder and Kocide on iron and zinc deficiency and biological activity of tomatoes by indoor simulation experiment, sandy culturable method, soil potted method and combine with chemistry analysis of method together. Main results were as followed:1. The suspended effect of Bordeaux nutritional protective powder when the sum of iron and zinc concentration was less than 100mg/kg. Meanwhile, the fluidity, Wet ability, dispersive ability, suspension capability, Whipability, physical and chemical ability, granule, water content and alkalinity acidity act were up to the wettish powder quality standard of Chinese and FAO.2. The two wettish powders of Bordeaux nutritional protective powder and Kocide were evidently effect on pH value, effective iron content and effective copper content of the calcareous soil. The pH value of soil had been declined evidently but the effective iron and copper content of soil had been increased evidently by spraying BNPP, compared with CK (the treatment which only sprayed water). In addition, the effective copper content of BNPP treatments was lower than that of Kocide treatments, which could alleviate copper contamination of soil.3. Because Bordeaux nutritional protective powders were contained a number of soluble iron and zinc, chlorophyll content, active iron content in... |
