Agro-microemulsion is a novel green water-based fomulation exhibiting some certain advantages, such as stability, high efficacy, high penetrability and safety for human and environment. However the current research are mainly focused on formulation screen, and there is little theories were presented. Otherwise,it still has the problemes such as bad stability and being inclined to decomposed ,which restrict its development . In order to solve all this problem, we have studied cyhalothrin microemulsion as the following aspects.1. A formulation was screened by means of diameter mensuration, the maxium addition amount measurement and complex mixed experiments. The properties of cyhalothrin microemulsion were evulated.2. Research was conducted on the relationship between the concentrations of a surfactant blend and n-octanol on the maximum amount of cyhalothrin that could be added during formation of a microemulsion . And a theoretical mathematical model was established.Y=A+BXc+CXs+DXcXsA=-1.617,B=-1.1021,C=0.4355,D=0.1795, with an application range as follows: at 20℃, Xc (Cn-octanol) =0.5%~5%, Xs(Csurfactant) = 10%~15%3. The pseudo ternary phase diagrams of cyhalothrin microemulsion were presented. The mechanism of cyhalothrin microemulsion forming was studied, with the particular emphasis on the effect of different factors. It has been found that:①with the increase of carbon atom number of the alcohol , the area of W/O,BC and O/W type microemulsion region increased first and decreased afterwards all;②with the increase of alcohol-content ,the area of W/O type microemulsion region increased, while the BC type decreased ,and O/W type increased first and decreased afterwards;③With the increase of molar fraction of SDBS,the area of BC and O/W type microemulsion region increased first and decreased afterwards, while the W/O type decreased first and increased afterwards;④With the increase of electrolyte mass...
