Some ways were applied to study their effects on the chlorophyll of leaves, active iron and tatol iron of mango plant. They are, to transfuse iron fertilizer to the root of mango plant, to inject iron fertilizer to the trunk under high pressure, to spay iron fertilizer to the mango trees, to sop the cut root of mango trees and to sop modifying agent for soil around the wholeroot of mango trees. Also study the effects on pH value, HCO3- concentration, and amount of efficient iron by providing modifying agent for soil. The studies showedthe following result.1. The amount of chlorophyll increased by providing FeSO4 and N-Fegreatly. And the N-Fe treatment is much higher than FeSO4treatment.2. The efficiency of caused by transfusion iron fertilizer, injection ironfertilizer under high pressure and spay iron fertilizer to the mango tree is iron fertilizer transfusion>iron fertilizer injection>iron fertilizer spray>sopping cut root. Among of them, to transfuse iron fertilizer has great effect on the amount of chlorophyll.3. Both FeSO4 and N-F solution could increase the amount of active iron...
