Field experiment was conducted to study on effective of SIR for water-saving and drought-resistance, SIR's optimum kit technique and gather technique to high yield for rice production, based on foundacation of studying about their relevant appearance and physiology, optimum selecting was made by theory of fuzzy optimum selecting in multiobjective system.For studying on effective of SIR for water-saving and drought-resistance, the difference of ecological condition in field, growth and development, relevant physiological and biochemical characteristics, component of yield, grain yield and water use efficiency for three rice varieties under condition of rice cultivated in aerobic soil with straw, plastic film, without any mulch and SIR (system of rice intensification) in the later stage was study in this article. Compared to mulched plastic film, mulched straw had a great advantage in activity of roots, aging rate of leaf and sugar metabolism except better preservation of soil moisture. However, compared with plastic film mulched for varieties, the final grain yield in treatment with mulched straw decreased because of delay of growth in preceding stage. The grain yield of upland condition and SIR condition was higher than that without any mulched treatments. Compared with without any mulched for varieties, the irrigation water use efficiency and grain yield of SIR increased. Though contradicting objective system with soil nutrient, yield and water use efficiency and making optimum selecting by theory of fuzzy optimum selecting in multiobjective system, it was conclude that the best superior selecting was GangYou527+ under condition of rice cultivated in aerobic soil with plastic film in combination for all the varieties and treatments, and it's subordination of superior value was 0.973, SanYou63+ under condition of rice cultivated in aerobic soil with plastic film, GangYou527+ under condition of rice cultivated in aerobic soil with straw, and GangYou527+SIR were also superior selecting, their subordination of superior value were 0.905, 0.968, 0.898 respectively. The most inferior selecting were DYou363 and SanYou63+ under condition of rice cultivated in aerobic soil without any mulch, their subordination degree of superior value were 0.000, O.OOOrespectively.For treatments, the sequence of superior was cultivated in aerobic soil with straw, plastic film, SIR and cultivated in aerobic soil without any mulch.In experiment for SIR's optimum kit technique, SIR in different forming and culture density was compared with traditional and throwing-transplanted culture under different level of soil...
