Research Of The Biological Characteristics And Quality Of Astagulus Membranceus And Different Types From Different Planting Areas In Jilin Province

Astragalus membranceus (Fisch) Bge is a perennial legume, whose root is a common nourishing herbal medicine. It was researched by the biological characteries and the germination rate of seed and the content of effective component in the different types of Astagalus membranceus from different planting areas in Jilin Province. I have gotten results as follows.Firstly, a comparative experiment on that hard seed rate of different planting areas and variant types and germination rate of the seed with different processing methods. The results showed that the highest germination rate is the seed which collected in Linjiang city, the percentage is above 74%. The next is in Changchun city, the percentage is about 51%. The lowest is in Dunhua city, the percentage is about 47.7%. And the germination rate of green stalk is higher than the seed of purple stalk or Mix Astragalus membranceus. The sequence of the hard seed rate in different types: Astragalus membranceu purple stalk> Mix Astragalus membranceus>Astragalus membranceu green stalk. The processing method of abrade with sand or oil of vitriol was made the germination rate of seed is obviously better than the others, the reason of making the seed with a lower germination rate is by the inhibitory substances of the spermoderm. And the germination rate is higher than others temperature is in the condition of 23℃/15℃.Secondly, with analysis of the vegetative status and the vegetative organs of the different planting areas, the Astragalus membranceus which have been grown in Changchun is higher and thicker than which growing in Dunhua and Linjiang. Finally, there is an obviously diversity between in the different planting areas. Comparing the generative organ of Astragalus membranceus in different planting areas, Changchun and Linjiang's Astragalus membranceus are more than Dunhua's. The diversity of generative organ in different planting areas is clearly except in No. of seeds per pod. In the way of the style of root: in the three areas, Linjiang's had a highest rate in rhizome root and straight root style. The reason is that the character of root of Changchun and Linjiang's were higher than Dunhua's. In this paper, I was pick-up and determination the variety of content in Astragaloside IV, water soluble extractive, total percent of ash, and insoluble ash in acid. With compared the content of Astragaloside IV, the result was Linjiang(0.135%)> Changchun(0.118%)> Dunhua(0.117%), it showed that in different planting areas, there was a different phytology charactery and effective component.
