Panax ginseng C.A.Mey is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine. It possesses high applied value and economic value. The soil planted ginseng called 'old Ginseng soil', it would not be used again in cultivating ginseng for a long time, about 30 years. The disease of ginseng is also a main limited factor to ginseng industry. Currently the prevention and cure to ginseng disease mainly depend on the chemical pesticides. Although the chemical pesticides can alleviate ginseng disease to some extent, it can't solve the problem fundamentally. With the development of Ecological Agriculture, and people pay more attention to the green food. The microbal fertilizer is applied in the agriculture more and more. Study the influence of the fertilizer on rhizosphere Microbe of ginseng has important meaning.More than 115 strains of soil-microbe were isolated. Based on soil-microbe-pathogen pairing cultre, four strains of soil antagonistic microbe were selected, namely Trichoderma spp. (T5, T6), and Streptomyces spp. (F1, F2).Antagonistic experiments were carried both in laboratory and in field. Trichoderma spp. (T1, T2, T3, T4) which be broadly used and studied were selected at the same time to evaluate the biocontrol effect of T1 and T2. The results indicate that Cylindrocarpon destructcms and Rhizoctonia soloani were strongly inhibited by all of the four stains.Soil samples from ginseng rhizosphere of different treatments were taken at the fixed time. Fungi, bacteria and antagonistic were separated and cultured with different media with soil dilution planting methods. The change of quantity and species of microbes in ginseng rhizosphere after using antagonistic microbes were studied. The quantity of fungi, and antagonistic increased after using Trichoderma spp., among them antagonistic possessed the largest increased. The quantity of fungi declined and the quantity of bacteria and antagonistic increased after using Streptomyces spp. Correlation and path analysis among disease index of ginseng rust rot and microbe quantity were studied, the leading factors of disease index of ginseng rust rot were quantity of Antagonistic. Correlation and path analysis among incidence of the Ginseng dimping-off disease and microbe quantity were studied, the leading factors of incidence of the Ginseng dimping-off disease in Trichoderma spp. and Streptomyces spp. treatments were quantity of antagonistic and bacteria respectively respectively.
