| Chrysanthemum is from human cultivate and natural hybridization for many years,the abundance sources of chrysanthemum are high hybridization, multiple and species variation mechanism. Chrysanthemum is the famous flower in China, pass for four flowers man of hornour with plum, orchid,bamboo. It is not only cherished and canonize by countrymen,but also attentioned and favo -red by all the country around the world. Conventional breeding methods has obtainted the great achievement in chrysanthemum breeding for many years already,however it has localization which couldn' t utilize other species' s generesuorses. Along with establishing and improving chrysanthemum genetic transformation system,expressing exogenous gene in cell improving transform method ect. directional decorating certain targeting properties and keeping it inhere propertyes, changing and developing in design and color, florescence, model, resistance.It has differences in classifiable standard,so some genetic transformation systems of chrysanthemum reported by overseas literature are not adjust some traditional chrysanthemum,so it has important meaning in researching genetic transformation system which adapt to chrysanthemum cultivars in China.Four chrysanthemum cultivars used in this study are cultivars of chrysanthemum, such as 'Huang guan','Jiu mi rong ', 'shan cheng zhi guang','Dong ju'.The result describes an efficient regeneration system of 4 chrysanthemum cultivars with nine differentiation medium.Several factors such as different genotype, combinations of hormone; preculture; different explant affected callus,shoot inducement of chrysanthemum.A rapid and efficient regeneration system was established.The results showed that the optimal differentiation media were: 'Huang guan'... |
