| Most traits of wheat are quantitative and controlled by multiple genes, such as quality traits,growth period and yield traits .Because of the complexity of genome of common hexaploid wheat and lots of workload of extraction of protein components of wheat grain ,the study on QTL Mapping of Protein Components of Grain were seldom.To offer reference for marker Assisted selection and quality breeding of wheat ,the study about the correlation analysis and QTL mapping of the protein components and other Protein Traits in wheat seed was carried out by using the way of analytical quantitative heredity (QTL mapping ) and a population of recombinant inbred lines, which derived from a cross between 99G44 and Jing 771.Major results were didtributed below:1,The result indicated that it were negative correlation between SDS sediment value,wet gluten content,hardness and gliadlin content,glutenin content,and positive correlation between SDS sedimentation value,wet gluten content and albumin content,globulin content.2,82 Simple Sequence Repeat(SSR) makers were assigned on a linkage map which contained18 chromodomes,the total length of the linkage map equals to 1532.38cM,with an average interval of 19.15cm.3,One main-effect additive QTLS about albumin content(QAlb-3A) was detected,which was located on 3A chromosome ,the relative contribution was 1.65%; One main-effect additive QTLS about globulin content( QGlo-2A)was detected,which was located on 2A chromosome ,the relative contribution was 7.08%;Two main-effect additive QTLS about gliadlin content(QGli-1B,QGli-6D) was detected,which was located on 1B,6D chromosome ,the relative contribution was 16.11%; Two main-effect additive QTLs about glutenin content (QGlu-2D, QGlu-5A) was detected, which was located on 2D,5A chromosome ,the relative contribution was14.71%;Three main-effect dditive QTLs about SDS sedimentation value (QSed3A,QSed3D,QSed7B) was detected ,which was located on 3A, 3D,7B chromosome , the relative contribution was 28.55%; Three main-effect additive QTLs about wet gluten content (QWgc-1D,QWgc-1B,QWgc-6B) was detected ,which was located on 1D, 1B, 6B chromosome , the relative contribution was18.56%;Three main-effect additive QTLs about protein content(QPro-2D,QPro-5D,QPro-6B) was detected ,which was located on 2D,5D,6B chromosome , the relative contribution was 20.56%;Two main-effect additive QTLS about hard ness (QHar-1A,QHar-5D) was detected ,which was located on 1A,5D chromosome the relative contribution was 14.42%.4,Fifteen interaction QTLs were detected,which located 1B,2A,2B,2D,3A,3 B,4A,5A,5D,6A,6B,7A,7B,7D chromosome . |
