Seven photochemical parameters and main economic characteristics were investigated design with six cotton varieties as parents and its Group of 15 F1 with a total of 21 materials. Getting a series of data then using the QGA Station to analysis their genetics and predicate heterosis, the following conclusions are drawn:1,Analysis of variance to photochemical parameters with cotton leaves in four stagesPn, Fo, Fm and Fv/Fo were dominant variances and qP were additive variances mainly in four stages.2,Genetic rate analysis to photochemical parameters with cotton leaves in four stagesThe general heritability in the narrow-sense for 7 photosynthesis parameters in the four stages are all low, most have not reached significant levels. The general heritability in the broad-sense is high and the highest is Pn, and the majority achieves significant levels.3,Correlation analysis between photochemical parameters and the main economic characteristicsThe additive correlation between Pn and yield, the fiber length are mostly negative, their dominant correlation are mostly positive, the additive correlation and dominant correlation between Pn and lint percentage, micronaire are mostly positive. The additive correlation between Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo and yield, the lint percentage, fiber length are mostly positive but negative in dominant correlation; The additive correlation between Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo and micronaire are mostly negative but positive in dominant correlation.4,Major economic advantages for the analysis of organismsThe mid- and better-parent value for boll weight of F1 and F2 are negative, the better-parent value is significant at 1% level; The mid-parent value for boll number of F1 and F2 are positive and the better-parent value are negative; The mid- and better-parent value for yield of F1 are all positive and significant at 1% level, the mid-parent value of F2 is positive and significant at 1% level. The mid-parent value for lint percentage in the two generations are positive, the better-parent value are negative to 1% significance level; The mid- and better-parent value for fiber length of F1 and F2 are all negative; The mid-parent value for micronaire is positive and the better-parent value is negative and significant at 1% level.5,Hetorsis analysis of photochemical characteristics in four stagesThe mid-parent value for Pn in full squaring stage, early blooming stage and bolling stage are positive, and have achieved different degrees of significant level. The mid- and better-parent value for Fo in F1, F2 are all negative. The mid- and better-parent value for Fm in full squaring stage, blooming stage and bolling stage are all negative, and the better-parent value are negative in early blooming stage then the others are positive. The mid-parent values for Fv/Fm, Fv/Fo are positive and the better-parent values are negative in four stages except in bolling stage. The mid-parent value for qP in F1, F2 is almost 0 and the better-parent value is negative. The mid-parent values for NPQ are positive in early blooming stage and bolling stage, the better-parent values are all negative in early blooming stage, blooming stage and bolling stage.
