Insecticide triazophos{ 1-Phenyl-3-(O,O-diethylthionophosphoryl)-1,2,4-triazole}, one of the substitutions of high-toxicitical pesticides, is being popularized to apply for the prevention and curing of pest in paddyfield. Its main formulation is emulsifiable concentrate ,which has a disadvantage in environmental protection and can not fully exert its medical efficacy. On the other hand, emulsion in water(EW) has environment-friendly characteristic, but could not be used widely owing to the complicated compound in its prescription ,so that there are so many difficulties in developing a success prescription.Based on the developing a method for the prescription filtration ,the work for prescription of triazophos 40% EW was carried out. In addition to ,the forming mechanism of stable system of EW were also primarily related to. Furthermore, the model of forming phase was established. All the results could provide the theoretical basis for the further investigation of the mechanism. At the same time, these could apply for the preparation of stable triazophos EW.The method of vibration for emulsion was first introduced into the prescription filtration of EW. Compared with the traditional method of high-cutting for emulsion, the method of vibration had some advantages ,such as quick speed, fewer stuff consumed, and simple operation. The speed of prescription filtration would be accelerated when the application of the vibration for emulsion.Applying of vibration for emulsion in the prescription filtration of triazophos 40% EW, the effect of different substances on the EW systematic stability were investigated from the macroscopical angle .The substances included emulsifier .physical stabilizer, co-emulsifier , thicker, and dispersant .The trial finally confirmed the excellent prescription of triazophos 40% EW. The main conclusion obtained were listed as follows. The optimal combination of emulsifier was 10%ZJUE05-1+ZJUE05-2 (ZJUE05-1+ : ZJUE05-2=9.22 : 0.78) .The optimal physical stabilizer was 2.5%ZJUS05-1.The optimal co-emulsifier and dispersant was 1%ZJUAEO5-1 and 1.0%ZJUD05-1 ,repectively.After the optimal prescription was gained, integrating the apparent and microcosmic factors ,the relations between the different factors and physical stability of EW system were studied. Moreover, the inner factors of the stable system and its forming mechanism were discussed deeply.
