| The subject was studied the effect of different N,P,K concentrations in nutrient water by Deep Flow Technique(DFT) on growth of fennel,quality and content of essential oil, essential oil yield of a plant,carbon and nitrogen of metabolism. N,P,K concentration was changed on the basic of standard Yuanshi Composition of Japan(CK). And the main results showed:Fennel was treated by different concentrations of N,P,K. The difference of content of essential oil was significant. Content of essential oil of 1/4n concentration was highest in the treatments of nitrogen and potassium, content of essential oil of 1/8n concentration of phorsphorus treatment was highest. That was to say, lower concentrations of nitrogen, phorsphorus and potassium were benefitted to form and accumulation of essential oil.There was similar trend of growth by N,P,K treatments of different concentrations. Fennel yield of 1n concentration was highest in all N,P,K treatments. Therefore, combining two aspects of fennel yield of a plant and content of essential oil, essential oil yield of a plant of 1n concentration was highest in all N,P,K treatments.Kinds of compositions of essential oil treated by N,P,K treatments were similar.The main compositions were all Limonene and (E)-Anethole .But relative content of compositions was effected obviously by N,P,K treatments of different concentrations. The relation between essential oil and metabolism of carbon and nitrogen of fennel was closely. There was obviously positive revelance between essential oil and content of full carbon , solubility sugar .There was obviously negative revelance between essential oil and content of full nitrogen, proteinic nitrogen.In a word, 1n concentration N,P,K was fit to improve quality and yield of essential oil of fennel, increasing or decreasing concentration of N,P,K all decreases them.Therefore, proper fertilization was important to yield and quality of essential oil. |
