Along with Micro Computer technology rapidly development, the datagathering system is more and more depended on computer, the application fieldalso extended。 Recently, along with the wide application of greenhouse,industry planting, industry breeding and equipment planting, a quickly and trulygathering and analysis of environment parameter system has become a realisticdemand。 Apply PC to gather the corresponding environmental parameters ofgreenhouse, not only can find out the environmental parameters of growing plantin time, but also can control the greenhouse's window shades,wringing,heateretc。 according to the gathered parameters。 So can we give the crop a fittinggrowing environment。 The management of greenhouse environment parametersby computer has become an important study theme。This Paper is combined with the item of "Study on Panax, and gen-sengcommunication real time gathering system " which belongs to item of Panax andgen-seng digital research brought forward by Jilin Province science and technologydepartment。 The author analyse the environmental parameters in greenhousesystem,integrate control characteristics and the non-linearity lag complicatedgreenhouse control course based on the summary research results and experienceabout this field 。 Based on analysis characteristics of current greenhouseinformation gathering and control system and SCM, a practical greenhouseenvironmental information gathering system is designed aimed at the requirementof greenhouse environmental information system, integrated sensor technique,communication technology and modern computer technology。 It can real-timegather all the greenhouse environmental parameters and unify the greenhousemanagement and control。 This system has applied sensor technology ,inspectingtechnology,communication technology and Microcomputer technology。 Thesystem in which the AT89S51 SCM applied as hypogyny machine and the PC appliedas epigyny machine carried out well in greenhouse environment communicationreal time gathering and data storage and processing for example the airtemperature, the air humidity, illumination intension,etc。This Paper mainly contains three parts:(1) the hardware design of Panax and gen-seng information real time gatheringsystem, including sensors selecting, the hardware matching etc。① A greenhouse environmental gathering system is designed。 All thefunctions of the system have been designed for information gathering, mainlyincludes: One is to supply a credible ,exact environmental information forgreenhouse environment control technology。 Two this system main functioninclude: communication gathering, data storage, data display and clock etc。② This greenhouse environmental information gathering system satisfy theaim of design, the functions carried out include: communication gathering, datastorage, data display and clock etc。③The cost of this system is low, and having high security, convenienceoperation and run stably。 This system can be applied as subordinate hardware ingreenhouse environmental communication gathering and control, this system ispropitious to application and demonstration of greenhouse environmentalcommunication gathering and control in point of economy and technique。(2) The software design of Panax and gen-seng information real-time gatheringsystem。 The program is the soul of a system。 The system can auto-gather andauto-process the greenhouse environmental information based on severalprograms。 Mainly includes: a main program, hypogyny software design,hypogyny intermit software design, the system communication software design,epigyny software design etc 。 The greenhouse environmental informationgathering is precondition of implement of greenhouse environment control。○1 The main program is the most important in the data gathering managementsystem, and it runs in order infinite loop。 It is in charge of attemper theapplication program modules, and exchange messages with outside equipments。So it can integer manage the system's software and hardware resources。 In orderto maintain the system works normally, the main program have to be providedwith self-checking and initialization functions。② The hypogyny software design。Its main function is to gather the greenhouse environmental factorinformation。 Including: data gathering ,storage,processing of the greenhouseenvironmental information, like: greenhouse temperature,air humidity,illumination intension,CO2 concentration etc。③The communication software in the data gathering system design has a veryimportant issue that is the sampling periodic enactment of the AT89S51 SCM。According to Shannon sampling theorem, in order to gather an AC signalnon-distortion the sampling signal must be double the highest frequency of thesignal。 So the sampling period must meet T<=0.5 f max, the disperse frequencycannot appear superpose phenomena。 In order to display and print the datasynchronously and quickly sent from the 32 pad hypogyny equipment, a T0 timeris used here and the sampling time is set 50ms。④The software of the system communicationThe epigyny will take data from the hypoyny, and analyse the data andcontrol processing, it also send operation orders to hypoyny, in order toaccomplish its management function。 The hypoyny must check the objectreal-time, and send data to the ipigyny and report the complexion, and thenreceive orders , finish the orders。 The course between the epigyny and thehypoyny is called data communication 。 There are two kinds of datacommunication, parallel communication and serial communication。 The latter isused in this system。(3) The characteristic of this system:①According to the characteristic of the factor in greenhouse, thegreenhouse environmental information gathering system is composed by SCMas hypogyny and PC as epigyny。②Able to gather multi-kinds of parameters③A whole digital sensor used here。 Overcome some the disadvantage oftradition sensors。 Omit much circuits used in tradition。 With a highanti-jamming and nicety of measurement。④Having the characteristic of low energy consume and small cubage andconvenience schlep⑤The system have better anti-jamming and so it runs stably。⑥The system have a easier maintenance。 The system's function can beadvanced easily with little modification according to user's demand。Make a little modification on software and hardware, such as change the internalparameters table within the software or extending the gathering access。 You cangot more parameters。 Changing the software communication program or addswitch circuit or add some hardware equipments, we can realize the real-timegathering,communication and control。(4) The experimentI have done the gathering experiment of light and heat environmental factorinside and outside of Panax shed in Xiaguan City Cicheng county Japan when Iwent to Tsukuba as exchange student, Using a series of equipments called Panaxinformation real-time gathering system. The experiment result has shown that theenvironmental information inside and outside of Panax shed could be gathered intime and exactly using the series of information gathering system. A foundation hasbeen founded for data processing and control in epigyny management system.
