The greenhouse is an important constituent of highly effective facility agriculture. It is playing the noticeable significant role in our country national economy construction. We enhance the output and benefit of the unit cultivated area through developing highly effective energy conservation greenhouse. We also has stabilized the countryside, promoted sustainable development of agricultural and rural economy, increased farmer's income through the development of greenhouse.The greenhouse microclimate environment is an extremely complex system and receives restriction of many factors and conditions. For instance: material and the energy transmission in the greenhouse, radiation transmission and the distribution characteristic of the solar, energy exchange in the crops growth process, the heat conduction of soil quantity, these factors can have the certain influence to the warm indoor environment. The greenhouse production efficiency except has the outside the passes with the biology itself heredity factor mainly to be decided by the greenhouse climate environment. We study the greenhouse the microclimate environment to have the certain practical significance.This article has carried on the test experiment to the Shandong Province Shouguang area greenhouse microclimate environment. Has understood this local greenhouse microclimate environment characteristic initially through the test. Summarized some rules for example: change rule of temperature in greenhouse and distribution characteristic of greenhouse temperature in level and vertical, diaphaneity of greenhouse and illumination distributed characteristic in greenhouse, humidity characteristic in greenhouse and change rule, temperature distribution and change rule of greenhouse ground and wall.This article also has carried on the reasonable supposition and the simplification to the Shouguang greenhouse winter natural ventilation process, then has established the physical model which uses in calculating, and has produced the governing equation and the boundary condition, and the temperature field and the velocity field has carried on the value simulation using in the CFD software to greenhouse natural ventilation process greenhouse in. The value simulation computed result has produced the reasonable temperature field distribution and the velocity field distribution. The computed result and the actual value contrast indicated that, In the greenhouse the temperature field predicted value and the actual value tally well. In the velocity field most measuring point predicted value and the actual value are quite close, but little measuring point predicted value and the actual value disparity are big. The predicted value and the actual value tally very much are not good, as a whole value analog computation result is in project error scope. The value simulation method for carried on the greenhouse structure and the operating mode optimized design has provided the theory instruction.
