China is one of Pyrus genus provenances. Pear plays an important role in fruit production in China. Because the limitation of fruit biology character, for example, large individual, long growing period, it develops slowly in molecule. Constructing molecule genetic map of pear using AFLP technique will be more meaningful to Pyrus genus. In this paper, the map population was constructed using Zaomeisu(Xinshiji X Zaosu) X Hongxiangsu (kuerlexiang×eli) hybrid population. The parents have distinct difference in color, it could be detected polymorphism locus. The result of experiment indicated that the population fitted to construct genetic map. The results were as follows.1 The research obtained 349 AFLP markers using 8(Mse I /EcoR I )primer pairs, with an average 44 markers. Amount to acquired 216 polymorphism markers locus, with an average 27 markers, of which 28.2% was 3:1 in segregation, and 68.5% was 1:1 in segregation, 3.2% appeared to be non-parental heteroduplex, and 26.8% was distorted.2 AFLP markers' segregation patterns in Zaomeisu X Hongxiangsu F1 were divided into three types: Mendelian separation, distorted separation, abnormal separation. It accounted for 40.97, 16.05 and 2 percent on total marker sites, 70.83, 25.92 and 3.2 percent on segregation sites respectively. So, it was feasible to construct Zaomeisu X Hongxiangsu saturated linkage map with this population.3 Genetic linkage maps of Zaomeisu and Hongxiangsu Pear have been constructed using "double pseudotest-cross" strategy with AFLP marker and linking JoinMap3.0 software. There were 20 in this map, including 67 markers and the integrated map is 785.093cM in length, the average distance was 11.72cM among markers. The largest genetic distance among linkage groups was 44.224cM, the smallest was 0.799cM. The most markers was LG2 and LG13, they both have 7 markers, the length were 59.225cM and 32.755cM. The length group was LG1 with 5 markers, the length was 65.26cM, the shortest group was LG20 with 2 markers, the length was 13.361cM.
