Primary Studies On Introduction Of Black Locust Clone

Because of the better adaptability,fast growth and the diversity of use,Black Locust is one of the most successfully intrduced tree.In order to enrich the tree resourse and select the best Black Loust with many better characteristics,Prof. Yang introduced a few clones from Germany. In this paper the reproduction,nutritional speciality and cold resistance of Robinia pseudoacacia had been studied.Besides,we apply SSR to distinguish Robinia pseudoacacia and Robinia Pseudoacacia cv. idaho.The result shows that:(l)After the observation of experimental field and the data analysis,the result shows that all the clones can live in the experimental field and adapt the enviroment.Of all the clones, Robinia pseudoacacia is the best because of its fast growth and the perfect stem shape.(2) The effects of different auxin treatments and cutting standards on the root reproduction of the root section for Robinia pseudoacacia var. decaisneana were studied in the fields and the plastic shelters,and the emission of ethane for Robinia pseudoacacia var. decaisneana was determined.The result showed that the root length of cutting had little effect on rooting,the cutting with larger diameters were better,and the treatment with 50 mmol/L of rare earth was the best.The sprouting rates of these root sections with larger emission of ethane were relatively higher.Some inadequacy auxin treatments showed inhibitory effects.So we can paint Robinia pseudoacacia in the condition of field.If we take robust root section,and choose the material that is dispoasaled by 50 mmol/L of rare earth.we can achieve the best effect in reproduction.(3)This experiment analyses nutritional speciality of eight clones of Introduced Black Locust.The result showes that botanical speciality of Robinia pseudoacacia var. decaisneana is better than other clones.The thick fibre content is 12.8%,and the thick albumen content is 21.08%,the thick ash content is 7.75%.The result is higher than others.The mostly feeding content either reach or exceed the criterion of eminent pasture besides the thick fibre.The gross content of Gu Fe Mn Zn of Robinia pseudoacacia var. decaisneana is 773.2093 mg/kg,its content is the most in eight clones,and the gross is higher 348.4022mg/kg than common Black Locust.But nutritional elemnet content of every clone exists difference each other.(4) This paper analyses the cold resistance of eight clone of Introduced Black Locust.we have mensurated Relative leakage of electrolytes,SOD activity,POD activity,content of MDA.And we synthesize the four primary characteristic indication,and according to overall evaluation we collate eight clones of Introduced Black Locust.The result shows the cold resistance of Robinia pseudoacacia var. decaisneana is the best in the eight clones of Introduced Black, the rest order of clone of cold resistance is four times the sizes of locust, 2488,2462,2402,2466 ,common Black Locust,and the cold resistance of 2428 is the worst.(5)Apply SSR to build the fingerprint of introduced Black Locust.Due to in the morphological characterisitic of Black Locust,Robinia pseudoacacia exists obvious differentiate comparing with four times the sizes of locust and Robinia Pseudoacacia cv. Idaho..The differentiate mostly find expression in that the blade of Robinia pseudoacacia is bigger than others and Robinia pseudoacacia carat red flowers,it carat flowers 2 time every year and Robinia pseudoacacia have not gore,etc.But Robinia pseudoacacia exists the similitude thing comparing with Robinia Pseudoacacia cv. Idaho.This paper selects the primer RopslO from 6 pair prime of Black Locust and the result shows the primer RopslO can obviously distinguishs Robinia pseudoacacia and Robinia Pseudoacacia cv. Idaho.So we can prove Robinia pseudoacacia and Robinia Pseudoacacia cv. Idaho have existed genetic differentiate in molecular facet,the rest of 5 pair primer can not achieve the effect.So the result has important content.And it has get the effect in the reproduction of Robinia pseudoacacia.
