| Antipyretic dichroa, Artemisia apiacea and Chinese pulsatilla et al Chinese Herbal Medicine were used to restrain sporulate of E .tenella oocysts to choose the best effect single Chinese Herbal Medicines. According to the theory of Chinese Traditional Veterinary Medicine, four prescriptions (I, II, III, IV) by different principle to prevent and cure E.tenella coccidiosis were made.The prescription I was chosen as the best one by the ACL Then, The prescription I was adjusted into the prescription IV and V by the dose. The prescription V was better by the ACI in the prevention and treatment of artificially infected E.tenella coccidiosis.The Mechanism of the Herbal prescription V was studied by measuring the blood serum biochemical parameters, antioxidant enzyme , the effect of NO indifferential immunity and the change of pathology though tests of prevention of infected E.tenella coccidiosis. The toxicity and side effect of the prescription V were studied by observing the change of biochemical parameters in the blood serum, the change of the histology and the effect on speed of growth in the chronic toxicity test.The results of Chinese Herbal Medicine Preparation inhibition sporulate of E .tenella oocysts showed that both single and compound Chinese Herbal Medicine Preparation can obvious restrain sporulated rate (P<0.01) and significantly lower than the control group. The inhibition effects of Artemisia apiacea, Sophora flsvescens Ait and Chinese pulsatilla in the 0.2g/mL was the best .Six days the percentages of sporulate Oocysts were 11.89% , 8.33% , 25.56% respectively. The inhibition effects of sporulate Oocysts of preparation II in the 0.2g/mL was the best and the sporulate Oocysts rate was 2.89%.The results in preventive test showed that the effect of compound five (10g/L) was better and the ACI was 180.19. The Compound not only could alleviate clinic symptom and decrease lesion, excrement score and ACI but also could alleviate pathology trauma. The rate of protection was 100%. The concentrations of UA, K, LDH, ALP, iNOS and NO of the infected-nonmedicated group were significant increased than those of the noinfected-nonmedicated group (P< 0.01,0.05), and the concentrations of Trig, TP, ALB, P, Fe, SOD and GSH-PX in blood serum were significantly decreased than those of the noinfected-nonmedicated group (P<0.01,0.05). The concentrations of UA, K, LDH, ALP, Trig, TP, ALB, P and Fe of the Chinese Herbal Medicine group were not obvious to compare with the noinfected-nonmedicated group and the activitity ofboth SOD and GSH-PX and the concent of iNOS were higher than the noinfected-nonmedicated group (P < 0.05). The content of NO of herbs group was higher than that of the noinfected-nonmedicated group (P>0.05).The results of Chinese Herbal Medicine Compound Preparation V cure E.tenella coccidiosis showed that the Compound Preparation in the 20g/L after infected 3 days could alleviate clinic symptom and decrease lesion , excrement score, and could alleviate pathology trauma.The rate of protection was up to 100%.In the chronic toxicity test of Chinese Herbal Medicine Compound Preparation, the results showed that the concentrations of GFI\ GOT. T.Bilk D.Bilk UA, Cie, TP, ALB, GLB in the blood serun were normol, and heart, liver and nephridium were not found out exceptional pathology trauma after the experimental chickens drinked 30 days.In addition, average body weight of Chinese Herbal Medicine Compound Preparation group in low level(10g/L) was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01). |
