In our experiment, we investigate effects of five kinds of concentration of Na2SeO3, CrCl3, ZnCl2, CuSO4 and FeCl3 on larva of Argopecten irradians and C hlamys farreri under certain temperature, pH and light. It was found that microelements increased the height and length of larva shell, and different microelements had different effects. The effects of iron, zinc, cuprum and chromium on length of larva shell was very significant than that of control group, while the effects of selenium on length of larva shell was significant and the effects of manganese on length of larva shell was not significant. The effects of iron, zinc, manganese, chromium and selenium on height of larva shell was very significant, however, the effects of cuprum was significant. When the concentration of Na2SeO3 was 40μg/L, the average length and height increase of larva shell was 43.0μm and 40.7μm. Thus the optimum concentration of Na2SeO3 was 40μg/L. The optimum concentration of CrCl3 was 10μg/L, and the average length and height increase of larva shell was 50.8μ and 50.5μm. The optimum concentration of ZnCl2 was 10μg/L, and the average length and height increase of larva shell was 43.6μm and 44.1μm. The optimum concentration of CUSO4 was 10μg/L and the average length increase of larva shell was 41.3μm. The optimum concentration of CuSO4 was 5μg/L, and the average height increase of larva shell was 39.4μm. The optimum concentration of FeCl3 was 10μg/L, and the average length and height increase of larva shell was 43.6μm and 41.8μm. The optimum concentration of MnCl2 was 10μg/L, and the average length and height increase of larva shell was 41.5μ and 39.9μm.In the experiment, we added microelements into seawater and investigated superoxidedimutase and catelase activities at different times. The results indicate that a-Naphthy Acetate Esterase activities at the first, third and fifth day and the a-Naphthy Acetate Esterase activities at the fifth day were highest. The acid phosphatase activities in the serum and blood cell of scallop were higher than that of control group at the first, third and fifth day and the acid phosphatase activities at the fifth day were highest. In aword, the microelements can increase the a-Naphthy Acetate Esterase, superoxidedimutase, catelase and acid phosphatase activities in the serum and blood cell of scallop. We also fed algaes enriching microelements to Chlamys farreri and found that superoxidedimutase activities in the serum were higher than that of control group. It was significant at the first and third day, however, it was very significant at the fifth day. The catelase activities in the serum were higher than control group. It was not significant at the first day, but it was very significant at the third and fifth day.Overall, this experiment can provide academic data for the immunity of mollusk, resisting disease and breed of mollusk.
