Study On Chicken Manure Ferment And Effect Of The Outecome On Hot Pepper Growth And Soil

It was inoculated to chicken manure(CM) compost which microbes community that adapt to local area environment, evaluating to the effect of compose maturity through inspecting the temperature, dynamic of key nutrition elements ,pH values, rate of conductance, seed germination index and the change of number and variety of microbes. The maturity chicken manure and plastic film covered are applied when hot pepper planted, proving up the increase production effect of organic fertilizer to hot pepper and adjust effect of organic fertilizer to the soil nutrient, through inspecting the growth, the output of hot pepper and bulk density, nutrient of soil. The results showed that the microbes community can accelerate the chicken manure maturity effectively, control the odor emission and improve the quality of compost, when it was composted for 45 days, the temperature of CM with microbes community is 22℃ and the temperature of CM routine treatment is 25 ℃. The content of nitrate-nitrogen, efficient phosphor and efficient potassium of the treatment of CM with microbes community are higher than CM routine treatment, the content of ammonia-nitrogen, the pH values and rate of conductance of CM and microbes community are 293 mg/kg,8.95 and 2.09mS/cm, and the CM routine treatment are 615 mg/kg,8.86 and 2.17mS/cm; the germination index of the treatment of CM and microbes community is 56.9% in the 18th day and 81.8% in the 45th day. It indicate that it was mature elementary in the 18th day, mature in the 45th day.The germination index of CM routine treatment is 60.5% in the 35th day and 84.1% in the 45th day. Bacteria and actionmyces are the dominating community, they have the dominating function to ferment and accelerate temperature , and the microbes community can effectively improve the microorganism community structure during ferment.The maturity chicken manure and plastic film covered can accelerate the increase of biomass and fruit output of hot pepper effectively, improve the physical and chemical character of soil, reduce the soil bulk density and increase the soil organic matter and efficient nutrient content. Comparing with the fertilizer treatment, the treatment of organic fertilizer and plastic film covered make biomass increase double or triple, fruit output increase one point three times, the output per 1000m2 increase 33.7%,soil bulk density reduce 16 percent, organic matter increr.se 1.1 percent, efficient phosphor increase 4.83mg/kg, efficient potassium increase 92.64 mg/kg.
