Escherichiacoli is one of the most common pathogens in the medicine and veterinary surgeon clinically.endanger the poultry industry and humans .Antimicrobial plays very important role in controlling diseases caused by Escherichia coli Escherichiacoli ,along with the widely use of antibiotics antibitic resistance to bacteria is getting worse,the problem of bacterial resistance is getting worse,There are a significantly increasing tendency of multi-resistance .The resistance of Escherichiacoli has raised several concerns relatied to human health and the development of poultry industry .The mechanism of bacterial resistance integron system .base on the distribution and characterization of class â… integron among Escherichiacoli from animals.bacterial integron is DNA system which carry gene cassette encoding antibiotic resistance .And also is the importance molecular foundation of bacteria to capture and disseminate the resistance gene class â… integron one of the most important mechaism of bacterial resistance .Examined for bacterial sensitivity to common antimicrobials and detect the integrase gene by PCR,suitable for mechaism of bacteria and clinical studies. The sensitivities of 40 resistant isolates from pigs and chickens were assessed with a controlled disk diffusion test;the distribution and tenency of drug resistance were studied and the drug resistance characteristic were analyzed.The presence and genetic content of class integron were examined with specific primers of integrase by PCR and sequencing. The results of the sensitivity test of 40 isolates to 14 kinds antibiotics showed that all isolate presented a multiple antibitic resistance,showed the resistance ratio of E.coli isolates to fradiomycin and choraphen was100%,the resistance rate of E.coli to gentamicin ,streptomycin,co-meffoxacin,norfloxacin,amoxil were exceeded 90%,the resistance radio to kanamci,spectinomycin and ciprofloxacin was relative lower,the style of the drugs resistence of Escherichiacoli was concentrate in 9-13 kinds .Two primers were designed used to amplify integrase gene ,the transformants were identified by PCR test .And the sequenced.24were positive of for integrase gene .The rates of integron from pig was 50%,the rates of integron from chickens was 65%. The result shows that the resistance rates of Escherichiacoli is increasing ,there are a significantly increasing tendency of multi-resistance ,the problem of bacterial resistance is getting worse .The presence and genetic content of class integron were examined with specific primers of integrase by PCR.
