The producing technique process, using concentration and anti-disease mechanisms of the liquid fertilization of algae amino acid were systematically researched in this paper. It established theoretic foundation for the research of fertilizer inducer. The results were as follows.The orthogonal experiment of there levels of there factors about pH,the temperature and the interval time of microelements added one by one showed that pH was the most important factor that influenced the chelation rate and water-insoluble substance of productions, the importance of temperature and interval time were changing with the different kinds of microelements. Taken all the factors, there was a good result under pH at 7.0, original temperature at 65 ℃ and the time at 30min.The formaldehyde and benzoic acid were good for antisepticising in 360 days, their valid antisepsis density are 1% of the original liquid weight. The latter restrained strongly the outgrowth of corn seedling, but the former had relatively smaller influence on it, the formaldehyde was chosen as a good preservative.The indexes of the liquid fertilization of algae amino acid accorded with national standard requirements (GB/T17419-1998).It showed that the growth indexes of corn handled by the liquid fertilization of algae amino acid such as height ,dry weight of seeding, and length,volume,dry weight of root, were promoted to the extent in contrast with comparison in the indoor experients.With its times diluted multiplying within the scope of 100-500 times, the increasing tendency of each index descended gradually, dropping greatly in 500 times ,but coming down slowly between 100 times and 400 times, and there was no remarkable difference when compared to each other.Each index at the dilution of 50 times had relatively smaller augment than other handles, it was possible that the formaldehyde of high density should restrain the growth of corn.The results in the field trial showed that the liquid fertilization of algae amino acid could increase the average yield per plot of cowpea ,peach and Chinese cabbage from 10%-20%.Trend of increasing yields dropped with times diluted rising up. These handles at the dilution of 100 times,200 times and 400 times were better than others, and there were no remarkable difference when compared to each other, but remarkable difference appeared when compared to 50 times and comparison. The handle at the dilution of 500times turned up different results due to the different objects, 50 times had no distinctive difference when compared to comparison.At the same time, the liquid fertilization of algae amino acid might distinctly depress the occurrence of black spot of Chinese cabbage, Uromyce vignae Barcl and Powdery mildew of cowpea. Its effect on controlling diseases was gradually weakened with the times diluted going up. There were better effects between 50 times and 400 times, and they showed remarkable difference when compared to comparison. This was a case that the -liquid fertilization of algae amino acid could strengthen the power of plants to resist extensive diseases.Given the fact, enhancing yields and anti-diseases character of plants in the field, and influencing seedling growth of corn in the room, the density at the dilution of 400 times was recommended.The suppressive experiments of four germs showed the liquid fertilization of algae amino acid itself had not suppressive affect to these germs although it could make plants resist to many diseases in the field. The growths of germs were suppressed at the high density (50 times below) of the fertilization because of formaldehyde it contained. It turned out that the liquid fertilization of algae amino acid let plants have resistance to diseases by inducement, not by killing or suppressing germs directly.The activities of four enzymes related to resistance to diseases were evaluated on leaf tissue of cowpea. Results showed that the liquid fertilization of algae amino acid could significantly enhance PPO, PAL and POD activities, lowering the gradually depressive speed of CAT activity because of plant decrepitude, and made the peak reach earlier to a degree, and kept them at the high level in a long time when compared to comparison. It might be an important reason for plants induced by the liquid fertilization of algae amino acid resisting to diseases.The growth indexes such as height, thickness and yield were greatly improved, and the immunity itself was raised after young cowpea was sprayed by the liquid fertilization of algae amino acid. It was another reason for plants having resistance to diseases after handled by the fertilization.
