Our country is short of water seriously, and that the agriculture is empty of water and resources of waters lack have become the important restricted factor of the economic and social development of our country, the economy of water become important and urgent increasingly, currently there are not a product that can not only regulate flow capacity but also display digitally the flow capacity on the market. Although there are the independent regulating device of flow capacity and independent digital display of flow capacity ,they are not only costly but too accurate, which lead to waste .so the purpose of this topic is to develop a kind of economic and practical device named digital-display flow control device to regulate and digitally display the flow capacity. Digital-display flow control device includes current capacity regulation unit and current capacity display unit. The current capacity regulation unit comprises the main valve, the pilot-valve control system, side-pressure tube and so on. On the base of pressure gradient in the tube, The driving diaphragm transmission system operates the valve-board of the main valve to open, which can causes the current capacity is consistent with prearranging current-capacity. The flow capacity display unit is made up of the target -lever, the strength-transforms electric-bridge Unit and signal processing and displaying Unit. On the base of theory of throttle, flow capacity is changed into signal of voltage which is sent the singlechip of PICl6F877 to compute and digitally display. The Digital-display flow control device dislike old flow control device that compared gathering value and the setting value and then regulated current capacity by feedback loop.
